I’m delighted with my purchase and delivery service
I’m delighted with my Atella - Dark Emperador Round Premium Solid Marble Side Tables that I recently purchased.
Delivery time was less than two weeks from the supplier in Italy, but the two aspects that set William Wood apart.
The items were delivered with their own in house delivery service, and additional the items were packed in individual wooden crates. Considering each table weighed over 30kg, the shipping was a concern when I placed the order, but William Wood nailed it…
I highly recommend this company and would actively look to purchase from there in the future.

Fixings not fit for purpose
Fixings not fit for purpose. Absolute palaver realigning them so mirror can be hung. Looks rushed and unprofessional.

All round good experience
Website was super easy to use, best range of mirrors in the market in my opinion. Whether you want rustic cottage vibes or something a little more modern.
I think prices are fair and the quality is great. Tracking was good. Delivered safe and secure. I do wish it came with screws/nails required, but can’t have it all!

The mirror I ordered turned up on time and was well packaged. I thought the colour was different to the one shown on the website so returned it. The customer services team were amazing, they replied quickly and made the return hassle free. I would certainly use them again.
