Abusive delivery wrong product
William Wood were very aggressive and their delivery driver swore at me on the phone at 07:30am.
They sent me the wrong lamp and have made it very difficult to return it. They are unable to tell me when they will collect it and they won’t refund me until they have it back. There are no options for me to send it to them, I have to wait for a collection. I thought the company was better than that, I won’t order from them again.
Their driver said they are coming from Manchester and they will just show up when they’re free. I need to be in the house to return it, so this does not work.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for your experience during the phone call with the delivery driver. The behaviour you have described is certainly not acceptable, and we will be raising this matter with our logistics team to ensure it is investigated and appropriately addressed.
Having reviewed the correspondence, I can see that our team has made every effort to resolve the issue with your lamp. We initially offered an exchange for the correct shade; however, following further discussions, I understand that you decided you would prefer to return the lamp for a full refund.
I can also confirm that, as per our recent email correspondence, a collection has been arranged for a date that is convenient for you. Once the item has been returned to us, your refund will be processed accordingly.
I would like to apologise once again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and I hope that, despite this experience, we may have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Fantastic service and products from start to finish
A fantastic service from start to finish. Great selection on the website at reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the after service. Delivery was quick and there was a lot of communication to let me know when delivery was going to take place. It was a very personal service and I will definitely use you again and recommend you. I even had a personal text message from the delivery driver. One of the best services I’ve ever had. And by the way, delighted with my mirror.

Recently bought the Liberty Black Full Length Arched Metal Mirror for my home studio - fantastic quality, makes the room appear so much bigger and delivery was much faster than expected!
Delivery was easy and ahead of time, a lovely touch that Rob, our delivery person, messaged ahead of time to discuss delivery, his date and time of arrival and any special considerations we had.
This was my first order from William Wood, will definitely be ordering other items for our home, and will certainly highly recommend to others.

I’m so pleased with my Aaliyah mirror. The shape and wood frame are beautiful, and it looks lovely in our living room. The delivery service was 5 stars too: I received a text confirming the delivery date and another update an hour before it arrived. A great experience from start to finish. I now have three William wood mirrors and it won’t stop there because the quality is better than anywhere else!
