Wickes - Wrexham Anmeldelser 

We went into the store in Wrexham, we went to ask about stock, we were told that that they could not tell us when anymore were coming in as they have to wait till the stock shows zero.
So when you go into the branch and want 8 pairs of door handles but you only have 2 on display none in the warehouse and cannot order as your system does not allow it, this would mean I would have to wait weeks for such a simple job to be done.
I found the staff to be abrupt and all she kept saying can't help with that ,we don't do that I don't have the information on that, and left us standing there.

Bad Customer Experience
Initially choosing a new kitchen from Wickes was quite painless. The young lady was pleasant and helpful with the design and choice.
They are quick to take your cash upon ordering, which is ok if everything goes well.
We had some minor issues with deliveries and a dented sink. Upon completion we were offered a small amount of £200 in compensation. We were happy to accept.
This was in August. Its not the money, its the principal. We have sent many e mails, whereupon the answer is generally an email, a week later, apologising and then saying it will be with us in a few days.
They didn't chase us for their money, we shouldn't have to chase them for ours.
Im glad ours was a minor incident because their after care service is not good.

Went in with a list from the builder, but needed some help locating the right things. Adam was super helpful with advice, and loading up the heavy things into my van. I cannot fault the service or professionalism of Adam. Many thanks, Sarah.

Popped in during a mid count and could not fault any staff member, all went above and beyond to help out and ensure I had what I came in for!
I picked the wrong items up but all was quickly resolved by the manager and staff.

Charlie is a credit to the store as she’s helped me loads over the years and is always so friendly and knowledgeable.
And how you see her with her team, you can tell they respect and appreciate everything she does for them.

They didn't have everything we had seen online on display, but Charlie and Carrie were very helpful, checking stock in the back and making sure we left with everything needed for the project!

Charlie and her team are amazing. They are polite, nothing is too much trouble, extremely helpful and it's just refreshing to have that. Also, her and her team's knowledge on any products is fantastic and if they dont know they will find out straight away. It's a pleasure to shop there especially as I'm female it really helps to speak with non-judgemental trade staff. Keep up the good work 👏

All the staff in Wickes are great. But Charlie is particularly fab! She's always really helpful, friendly and making us laugh. She always goes out of her way to make sure we've got what we need. Thank you Charlie

I wasn’t sure which paneling to get and Carrie in the Wrexham store was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made my visit to Wicked a very enjoyable one.

Went to collect tiles and Adam noticed that I was filling a flat bed by myself so offered to help me and then engaged the help of Tom as well to load into my van. Excellent customer service going out of their way to help without being asked.

Quite possibly our worst nightmare. The incompetence is beyond belief. Original order 25/01/25. Original installation date 17/03/25. Goods began being delivered on 13/03/25. Installation delayed until 31/03/25. Incorrect number of tiles ordered, delay for new tiles. New tiles damaged by installer, more tiles ordered causing a further delay. Damaged cabinet doors need to be ordered causing a further delay. End of our tether now, a job that was quoted as 15 days is now into month six with no communication from Wickes. Please avoid them at all costs.

I have been dealing with the lovely Beth, the design consultant in the Wrexham office. From day one, she has been so patient with me changing my mind and finding just what I wanted. She created a 360-degree virtual bathroom for me. I've had many, many calls with her. She is so patient and understanding. She drove hours to come and have a look at my bathroom and bring samples. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Beth, for everything.

We went to meet sian in Wrexham. She has helped us design our kitchen. We are so happy with it and are looking forward to the next steps in transforming our kitchen into life. Sian was really helpful and explained everything. Thank you

I made a very large order with sleepers and metal posts to be delivered from Wickes Wrexham and my experience couldn’t have been any better thanks to Patryk. He was so helpful and ensured that my products were picked to the highest standard and highest quality. I couldn’t be any more pleased. He kept great communication and for anyone going to Wickes Wrexham I strongly advise you ask for patryk as he was friendly and extremely helpful.
