Wickes - Worksop Anmeldelser

Had my paint order delivered today from the Worksop branch. The delivery man called T was extremely professional, friendly and gave advice on procedures if anything wasn't right. Very happy with my purchases.

Delivery driver went over and above, skip blocking my driveway but still carried my items where I needed them. Very friendly throughout didn’t complain, great service from T

I was given assistance in the store to place an order for the items I needed, I received a message the night before the delivery of my items and the approximate time they would be delivered.
On the day of delivery I could track where my items were and the van driver “T” was very helpful & he helped me to get my items up to my garage.
Great service all round.👍

I came today for Kitchen tiles, Wayne assisted me with order and delivery process, Wayne was polite, had great knowledge on product along with other items needed.

I came in to get loads of floor tiles and some wall tiles and a the employee name joe couldn't of done more for me they didnt have matching coulor codes for the tiles in stock but he went through every one then phoned to the doncaster store for me and got it sorted.

Paul, who helped us find the right unit and accessories, was very friendly, and totally professional, throughout

I reached out to Wickes to support our schools project, they were only too happy to listen to our needs and provide us with some resources to get this off the ground. A big thank you to Ralph at Worksop branch for the ease and efficiency of this.

What I love most about Wickes is that their discounts are genuine—real value, no gimmicks. The in-store experience is absolutely five-star. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Debbie at worksop, who regularly helps us. She’s amazing—always cheerful, always ready to assist, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Carried my heavy laminate to the car and packed it all for me. Great prices and great experience. Thank you Theo x

Had a visit from kitchen design team. Put completely at ease and although I am a tricky indecisive customer, Jackey offered help, advice and options to suit. Follow up offered at convenience and felt nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommend.

Jackie was very helpful and professional. She explored different options with us thoroughly.

Hannah the customer assistant at the Worksop branch was more than helpful and went above and beyond her role-nothing was too much trouble to her -

We was served today by Debbie, she was so helpful nothing was to much trouble made our experience a pleasant one thanks to Debbie

I was served today by Steph at the Worksop branch and she couldn't have been more helpful. I needed some help with choosing some emulsion in a white/ grey tone,I asked if I could purchase some testers and try the colours in store as I didn't live local, she painted them on some paper so I could choose and I subsequently bought 2 large tins of Wickes own brand which was the better shade. Steph is a credit to the company, she was professional, polite and friendly,a lovely stress free purchase.

Very positive experience recently, review delayed as busy effecting my building work. Nothing to much to help and advise on products. Thank you Darren and Joe, you are both an asset to the company. Many thanks

Brilliant - what an excellent service we received from Jo at Wicks in Worksop, he was so knowledgeable, helped us with everything we needed for a tiling project. All the staff were helpful including Steph on the till - thank you to you all we won’t hesitate to come back in the future

I popped into Wickes Worksop yesterday morning and wasn’t sure where to start looking for the panelling I needed. I asked a lady (hate the fact I didn’t get her name) who showed me straight to where it was.
This lady, got me a trolley and helped me download the app in order to get the discount! We already had an account but I didn’t have the app. Paul took it from there, he was so helpful and once he saw me trashing the place with the trolley (pull don’t push!) he even loaded it into my car for me!
What a lovely and positive experience it was from the minute I walked through the door ☺️
Thank you both for just going the extra mile and really making my day go a little smoother 😊

Brilliant service from all shop floor staf and manager very helpful highly recommended will return

After some initial difficulty obtaining a large number of tiles from the same or similar batches we called Worksop. Joe told me they had some in the back and sone on the shelf and saved them for me. Still needing more tilss I though we would need to go to another store but on arrival Joe told me he'd noticed sone more on the shelves and had checked them, they were the same batch.
Joe doing that bit extra had saved us time and travelling.
Thanks Joe, greatly appreciated.

Called in for 6 bags of cement I had 2 children with me, one in my arms asleep and one attempting to push the trolley. PAUL at worksop saw I would struggle and insisted loading up the cement and pulling the trolley to the counter. Very helpful
Top marks Paul 👍🏿👍🏿
