Wickes - Wimbledon Anmeldelser

I went into Wickes Wimbledon store browsing kitchens recently and was approached by a very charismatic designer, Thanim Malique who explained everything I needed to know about my kitchen and how to approach my project. He had so much knowledge. Thanim gave me all the options and was so very honest about what I can do with my space. He was not trying to pressure me into buying a kitchen and rather approached it all from a very neutral perspective giving me all the relevant information I needed. I really appreciated the time he took to help me. And generally I found all the staff in the store very helpful

I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen design, thanks to Tahir. From the very first consultation he really listened to what I wanted, offering creative ideas whilst making sure the design suited my space perfectly. The home visit really helped the design process. The overall design and purchase process was smooth and stress free, with clear communication at every stage

Whenever I visited wickes in plough lane to purchase from paint to skirting board or even small things like nails KUNLE went extra mile with his excellent customer support to help me n made sure I am on a right track with all the tools or things for the work I am trying to get done by myself. He has been always working very hard to deliver excellent service.
Thank you very much for being there working hard and hope you get recognition for your hard work.

Sachini was very professional

Thank you Will for going the extra mile to help me today, my request was very admin based and you were determined to make sure that I got what was needed, can't tell you what a help you were. Had a similar request for a competitor and they didn't give me the time of day. A huge asset to Wickes!

I had a great experience today thanks to a very kind and helpful gentleman who assisted me in buying paint. He took the time to listen, guide me through the options, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. His friendly and professional manner made the whole process easy and pleasant. Thank you for your excellent service

Amanda was very helpful and gave great customer service. Very happy customer

Wickes Wimbledon has helped our charity (PTA) by donating some very important equipment needed to support our school! All thanks to the Wickes Community Programme!

Rachel Camilleri at Wickes Wimbledon was super helpful!

Ross and Sherene were both really helpful and helped me find a solution to my problem with my shed!

Easy to navigate and Amanda was very helpful and quick

Best service as standard. Ross from the store is the best. Amanda great on the tills. Together, a fine team taking care of the customers, as always.

Disabled parking just close to the entrance. I wanted one specific item and didn’t know where to start looking. Two really helpful and friendly staff found it for me straight away.
I was very impressed.

Last Saturday I went to this outlet and had an amazing experience. Superb customer service and counter staff was amazing.

Terrible design meeting with Tahir, my first time designing a kitchen and bathroom and he was so uninterested and unhelpful. I’ve since spoken to a few other places - Wren and IKEA- who were fab, and I’ve actually since been advised that Wickes haven’t got the best reputation with their designers.

I shopped around many provided for a big project doing multiple bathrooms and kitchen. Wickes provided the best service engagement & competitive pricing.

My designer Tahir Younes was professional, helpful and not pushy.

The project has taken over a year and even during some of the changes or problems that occur, Wickes is a bit painful to get to the right person on their call centre but Tahir helped escalate some of the challenges directly for us which saved me heaps of time.

We’re very happy with the quality and style of our new kitchen from Wickes. From the start, the process was handled professionally and with care. Although we initially rejected the first fitter, Wickes responded swiftly and without fuss, ensuring we were comfortable with the replacement.

Thanim, our designer, was knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive throughout. His expertise and reassuring presence gave us confidence during what can be quite a disruptive process. Having him and the Wickes team alongside us made a real difference.

The end result has fully met our expectations, and we’re delighted with our new kitchen. Highly recommended.

No hard sell, just expert assistance!
We had popped in without an appointment and Tahir Younes fitted us in.
It was the first time we had actually visited a kitchen showroom and Tahir explained everything clearly and patiently.
Tahir expertly used the software to fit our large kitchen into our newly converted garage, making helpful suggestions.
We booked and paid for the kitchen the same day and have a delivery date in 10 days time, great result.
Lets hope the delivery goes as smoothly and we really will have received 5 star experience all round.
Our builder will fit the kitchen.
