Customer service, what customer service?
This is something Wicks, lack in.
Ordered slabs, was given a delivery window of 10am til 4pm no show. No phone call, no text from Wicks. We call them up they told us the lorry had broken down in their car park 🤔, so when we asked why no one bothered to let us know, they blamed it on the courier ( cop out). Also said that it was an estimated window of delivery and to wait til 7pm hopefully the lorry would be fixed and able to deliver our slabs, did they heck, no show!
Wicks really need to learn the art of communication, it goes along way, this company lacks any professionalism, any care, a very no shits given attitude.
If anyone did receive a great experience with this company, you hold that shit close to your heart, because that, from what I see is very rare! Moving on, we have rearranged delivery time, which we had to do, no call from anyone at Wicks to rearrange, of course not ...my expectations really I need to get a grip to think anyone in this company has the savvy to do that pfft ! Finger's crossed for me folks that there's a happy ending to this shit show. Thanks for reading..FYI ... Avoid Wicks !

Not even worth a 1star I would have left a 0 or a minis but here we go.
Ordered 40 paving slabs on the 28 April and paid for delivery for the 8th May. Was sent a delivery window of 6 hours which is a joke for starters but ok. Came to the delivery day waited from 10am till 4pm and guess what no delivery so called the store were they are coming from to be told it's the deliveries company's problem as Wickes don't get paid for the delivery. WOW 😲 then to be told the manager had only just started his shift at 5pm and he was the most rude unhelpful knob I have ever spoken to. Not a call to say the truck had broken down and was being fixed right then and there. Just more BS so then tried the live chat and again couldn't be less helpful if they tried but to top it all off the complaints phone line is closed and hour before the 7 till 7 full day delivery has ended. But the worst part I took a day off work to wait around for 12 for a delivery that never came.
My suggestion to anyone who is thinking of getting something delivered from Wickes or even buying from Wickes DONT !!! You WILL be disappointed.

And why am i not shocked or surprised that I got the same BS generic reply that every other 1* review on here. No solution, no offer of rebooking and not even a hint of compensation of my delivery charge. This has got to go down as one of UK's worst companies. If I did my job this bad I wouldn't even have a job, the company should be totally embarrassed as they are a joke 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was looking for a solution for a headboard installation for bolts and plates. Mark was very helpful and explained in detail of how to resolve the situation.

Had a new all in one Corian 1.5 sink and worktop made to a precise copy of our existing ceramic sink and worktop. This was managed expertly my store manager Vicky Blythe and her team. We are delighted with the end result.
Vicky called me about a week after I had paid in full in the store to inform me that I was due a £327 refund as their supplier had overpriced the unit. I was naturally delighted.
It says a huge amount about their supplier, Vicky’s and Wickes integrity as she could have easily not passed this money onto me and I would have been none the wiser. Very refreshing, and thanks to all involved.

All staff at waterlooville store are very friendly and helpful especially Emma who is always willing to help with any enquiries great store. Trevor a very happy customer.

I moved house last year and have been trying to find additional kitchen cupboards to match what I already have. I had been to B&Q three times but each time I had walked away no closer to getting what I needed. The customer service was disappointing to say the least. I was on the point of giving up but decided to try Wickes in Waterlooville. It was there that I met Jessica Owens a Design Consultant. You may have thought she would only be interested in customers planning a whole new kitchen, but she went above and beyond trying to help me. She let me borrow some samples to see if they matched my units, and she told me that if I found what I was looking for she would help me order them. She advised me on handles and hinges and offered to help in any way she could. In B&Q I was told I needed a bigger trolley and which aisle to go to.
We all hope for good customer service but Jessica was exceptional. Thank you Wickes!

Helped by Paige in the Waterlooville shop, Hampshire. Absolutely polite, professional, efficient and knowledgeable throughout. She is top quality and the sort of staff member that customers remember . She is a credit to her employer. Thank you Paige.

Just to say thank you to Jess at Waterlooville for all her help. When we had our kitchen installed a year ago she answered all our questions and dealt with any concerns we had. We are still enjoying our new kitchen.

Visited the Waterlooville Store this morning and was fortunate to meet a female member of staff called Amelia.
Her customer service was exceptional , she went beyond what was expected and the Store be proud to have as a valued member of staff.
We are very grateful for all the help she provided.

Kitchen design, supply and installation. The process of buying a new kitchen from start to finish was easy. Our kitchen designer Jess was great and nothing was too much trouble even when we made changes to the design.
The delivery of the kitchen was straight forward with really clear video instructions and delivery times.
The installation team were great, they gave us practical advice on our design. They were really friendly and a pleasure to have in our house. The quality of the kitchen was great and i am sure it will last way beyond the 20 year guarantee. Thanks to Jess & team at Wickes Waterlooville.

10/10 Attention good 3D design had kitchen from this store in 2023 Jessica designed it so come back for the bathroom in 2025 3D looks good

the employees made it a great experience it was clean and easy toget help to find what I needed. Jack was a great help leading me to where I had to go and helping me pick out the perfect option for what I needed

came in for superglue and found out of stock / store operative [ amelia ] was so helpful/ actually got one from another branch miles away for me/ she is a credit to wickes and with a smile//////

Jess listened to what I wanted to achieve for my kitchen extension, we sat through planning every detail, made some changes and the design is amazing. Would recommend Jess to design your kitchen.
