The first steps have gone really well. Andreas was vey helpful with the search for the en suite. I’m hoping the rest of the process will go as smoothly

Customer service was absolutely 5 Star. The name of staff at the cash out was Ann at Wickes in Wallsend. She went above & beyond to help us choose a caddie bin enclosure which has been confirmed that delivery will be on the 2nd July 2026. Will submit a further review on quality etc of the order when received

Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I placed an order on line and just as I was setting off a girl rang to say that as the items had been stored outside and they were dusty. If I needed them in perfect condition she would refund me to save me a trip.

I decided to go look and have to say I was blown away by the service in store. Truthfully I very rarely shop at Wickes but the service was that good I will definitely be back.

I said I would like to leave a review so asked for their names. A massive thank you to Ann, Nicola and Dawn it was a pleasure dealing with you all. So friendly.

Andreas was spot on with the planning and al the difference style's of kitchens etc, he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our design can't rate him highly enough

Disappointing Experience

I visited the store today at Wickes in Wallsend and was disappointed by the behaviour of a staff member called Christine. She was rude to both a member of the public and to her colleagues, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I found her mannerisms to be unprofessional, and customer service appeared to be lacking. A friendly attitude and a smile can make a big difference, so I hope this feedback is taken on board and addressed.

Our kitchen project was expertly dealt with from start to finish. The idea of having our kitchen refitted was a daunting task. However our kitchen designer, Andreas Hooper was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided us expertly to our choices. All the trades people did an excellent job. Top Drawer kitchen fitters lived up to their name. Chris and his son Jack got on with the work quietly and efficiently. They were both very pleasant and obliging. Chris coordinated the other trades people very well. The work was completed within the alloted time. Customer Services dealt with the logistics of the refit and were contactable in the event of any problems, of which there were none. The whole experience went smoothly and we are delighted with the outcome.

I visited wicked at silverlink asked a member of staff about a dressed piece of wood his reply was it will no over there somewhere

I love the bathroom that Andreas has designed for me. The process so far has been enjoyable and I cannot wait to get the installation booked in!

When planing a job,I thought about B&Q, but I checked Wicks out for price/size. I was pleased I went with Wicks.I received help from a smashing lass called Nicola (Wallsend),She was very helpfull & pleasent . the discount in the trade app. is 100% better than B&Q(0%).

From the moment we meet Andreas today we knew we were in good hands - very professional very friendly and designed our kitchen we couldn’t of imagined it’s everything we hoped and more - absolutely over the moon thank you so much

Mainly bad organisation on behalf of the fitters. Took 2 months and should have been a week. Sales rep in Wickes store in Wallsend was terrible when we were trying to resolve fitting issues. I would not use Wickes again.

A counter assistant at the Wallsend store, Christine, was most helpful to us in locating and choosing some door handles. Her assistance was much appreciated and would commend her on her patience and manner - a true example of a valuable assistant.

Visited for dulux emulsion paint.had great customer service from ANN. She spent so much time finding me the perfect paint , from mixing samples and explaining different colours .i just had to appreciate her time and patience……well done ANN

Professional & friendly.

Called into wallsend branch for paint, staff were so friendly and helpful, answered all my question to decide what to go for. I will definitely return

Called into Wickes in Wallsend this evening to look at skirting boards. I asked for some assistance and a lovely lady called Dawn came to assist me. She was a great help and just wanted to commend this member of staff for all her help and assistance. Thank you.

Great experience - Andreas was a very helpful lad with great product knowledge some great ideas to build our new kitchen. We had a follow up appointment a week later and again Andreas was very helpful with designs, We purchased our kitchen and couldnt be happier with the service provided to us.

The consultation was excellent. However, I did not receive any follow-up. No email with a link to the design. Nothing. I spent about two hours in store and I have nothing to show for it.
