I had a really positive experience at the Telford Wick store thanks to Ryan. From the start, he was friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. He pulled together loads of great items for me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What stood out most was that he didn’t just stop there — he also helped me load everything up at the end, which was massively appreciated. Great customer service is hard to come by sometimes, but Ryan really went above and beyond. Thanks again for all your help!

The service I have received has been excellent. Michelle has been extremely helpful with guiding us through the Community program. Her customer service is great, nothing was too much to ask and her responses were really quick.

I have to sing the praises of Kyle G and Kyle S in the Wickes Telford Branch. Both of these gentlemen showed patience, understanding and professionalism in processing a large order for home delivery, which took time up to and past the store official closing time.
I wish all people I dealt with were as brilliant as these two!

I recently submitted a request to Wickes for a donation of gardening tools for our gardening club, and I was genuinely impressed by the speed and generosity of their response.
Within just an hour, Michelle Phillips got in touch to confirm that the items we had requested would be ready for collection the very next day. The efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to support a community initiative really stood out.
It’s fantastic to see a company that values and actively supports local groups. A big thank you to Michelle and the Wickes team for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

We live in Wolverhampton but specifically drove to the Telford store due to the amazing customer service that we were provided with by Nick. He ended up redesigning our kitchen 3 times over the last 2 years due to changes in plans and circumstances, but each time he had the patience, professionalism and skill to create our perfect kitchen. We have now finalised and purchased our kitchen and we couldn’t be more happy with the service we received with Nick and the kitchen design he has created for us, we couldn’t recommend him anymore.

Thursday 30th April I went into Telford store to find out part of what I want was available online only. So I arranged and paid for everything I needed and they confirmed it would be delivered on Wednesday 6th May.
I spoke to my customer postponing the work thst day explaining i couldnt collect the material but rearranged yo do job on Thursday 7th as Wickes had oromised delivery on 6th. On Tuesday 5th I received an email confirming the delivery would arrive on 6th via 2 couriers. Half the order arrived. I kept tracking the 2nd half of the order via a text message link and its still saying order being prepared for delivery.
I contacted Wickes,Telford and they weren't interested, despite the order being placed at their store, advising me to call customer services. Customer services had me on hold for a total of 37 minutes only to be told they had raised the issue with courier and expect a response within 48 hours, I responded asking them if they thought 48 hours was an acceptable response time.
Friday 8th morning I rang again, this time the call lasted 52 minutes and in the end I decided to tell them to cancel the part of the order that hadn't arrived. A further 9 minutes of silence on hold im told the order had been cancelled and I'd get a refund within 14 days.
I have since ordered from Screwfix and collected the materials on Saturday 9th.
I WILL NOT USE WICKES AGAIN!!

My design consultant, Richard Hunwick, spent a good period of time introducing the product lines, the merits of each, specifically the differences between the Lifestyle and Bespoke ranges. It was both detailed and undertaken with patience for my particular questioning!! The subsequent design process was both quick and explained throughout, appearing on screen as it progressed, complete with changes as they occurred. There are so many elements, that to the untrained eye, could easily be overlooked. The design process really does need the designers expertise to identify and address. I would have missed so many!!
A good period of grace for returning home, checking and changing mind!! Follow up consultation, again undertaken with patience and professionalism, led to final design and order placed. Coffee was pretty good also!!

The staff at Wickes, Telford were amazing! They have been so kind to help us with our school project at Millbrook. We look forward to using your donation of timber to make our new bird hide. Thank you again.

Went into Wickes with some rough measurements from my husband for some wood to surround some cupboard doors. An assistant went above and beyond to work out what we needed, he helped us find the best wood, opened a new pack as one was bowed. Checked sizes for us and then found the rail and fittings we needed for a clothes rail. Very pleasant, professional and helpful as we didn’t have a clue what we needed. Well done to Kyle at Snedshill Telford store.

I was in the Telford store and Joshua Owen came to my assistance and stayed with me until my order was sorted. Very very helpful.

Richard Hunwick dealt with my enquiry and he was the most helpful polite salesperson you could wish for. He offered us an amazing deal on a new kitchen which beat Howdens by £900 yes £900. Thanks Richard. Oh by the way when I told my daughter about this fantastic deal she has booked Richard to measure her kitchen too for a new one.

Great experience from start to finish! Richard was perfect, no pressure or hard sell and designs your kitchen around your needs rather than his sales. Couldn't have asked for more, always easy to contact and quick to reply.
He takes the time to get to genuinely know his customers, professional, but relaxed with a great sense of humour. We honestly could not recommend enough, even if you don't want a kitchen, just call in for a chat!

As a member of staff from a local primary school, I have found the customer service at Wickes - Telford amazing. As part of a community scheme they have provided a range of resources that will be used to build a sensory/STEM garden for children to use. Michelle at Wickes has been fantastic in organising this. Upon collection, staff were friendly and approachable.

Josh Owen from Telford store was so helpful in getting my trade account set up and ordering my item for delivery that was not in stock online.
