We have just bought a Kitchen from Wickes Sutton in Ashrfield. Neil helped us all the way from coming to our home, listening to what we wanted and designing the kitchen for us only slightly tweaking it by ourselves. The customer service is 2nd to none. Thank you Neil and Wickes.

We recently had our bathroom, en-suite and downstairs w/c designed and fitted out by Wickes. Neil at the Sutton in Ashfield store was extremely helpful, knowledgable and patient when designing the projects. A few years ago Neil also designed our kitchen so there was no doubt that I would return to him for any additional work and would do again in the future. Lee from Richmond Tiling Ltd who fitted the bathrooms for us did an excellent job. There was a very high attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. I would also use Lee again for any additional work we need completing at home. Would definitely recommend Neil and Lee.

Aimee at Sutton in Ashfield branch was absolutely amazing. Whilst ensuring the best interests of the company she helped us make the best decisions. She stopped what she was doing to help us out. Was kind, helpful and absolutely knew her job. Credit to the store!

Brought a kitchen on 24 April Brought 5 aeg appliances from wickes told if we claim before 30june 26 we would get 300 pound back .this was false advertisement as when we tried to claim it had finished on 4may 26 .well done neil your really crap at your job

Despite the aggregates that I wanted being out of reach,Aimee particularly, ably assisted by Steve, went the extra mile and organised my collection ( and on 2 additional visits too !) Extremely helpful, polite and efficient - a credit to the Wickes team.

Thank you to Luke who was very helpful with my purchase of 20 bags of 10mm gravel. He very kindly helped me to load my car taking care to avoid putting too much weight on the axles.
I made two trips to the store to collect the bags and Luke was very helpful on both occasions.

I ordered some 2.4m lengths of CLS wood on Monday for delivery Tuesday. 4 quid delivery, bargain I thought.
Then on Tuesday the delivery window quoted by courier that morning was missed by 90 mins and of course the delivery was missed as I had an errand I couldn't miss and had nipped out for 10 mins. OK let's check and rearrange I thought. If it were only that easy. I spent well over an hour on the phone trying to get through to either the store or customer services and also on online chat. Eventually got an answer and rearranged for delivery on Wednesday. This was later followed up by a phone call to me to confirm the details as they had seen online chat message too. Great, double confirmation should be no further issues. Think again. On Wednesday the store emailed me to check the delivery arrangements because of the previously missed one. I confirmed it had already been agreed by customer services and followed up by confirmation by phone so yes please do send out again....the reply came back that they would arrange for Thursday. £4 delivery is a bargain but the time wasted by not getting the service or the support far outweighs the benefits. In future I'd probably go to a competitor now

Went to Wickes in Sutton in Ashfield for ballast and there was non in the store as it was later in the day. But Michelle & Amy who were on the shop floor sorted it for us by letting us into the drop off point and even helped to load the van. You wouldn’t get that service at your local merchants thanks ladies you did a great job.

Regular customer at this branch, staff are always really helpful and nice. Been in today to get some Dulux mixed, Heidi was very patient and helpful as we got to which colour we required. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for her, even though the shop was really busy, she never rushed us. Thanks Heidi😁😁

Went to Wickes Sutton in Ashfield for a new bathroom and kitchen. Neil Morgan the Design Expert was brilliant, he was knowledgeable, patient and courteous, he listened to what we wanted then did the design advising us along the way, it didn't matter how many times we made small changes as long as we were happy with the end result, we were delighted with the quality of the products and price especially when Richard the Store Manager gave us extra discount for purchasing a second project.

Visited the Sutton in Ashfield store to exchange an item I ordered the wrong size of online.
Aimed was very helpful with the exchange and directions of items required. Mark was able to lift the item off the shelf and even carry to the car after payment.

Im a disabled person just managing to walk on 2 sticks.
The team helped me instore load 4 bags of limestone to the checkout and they put them in tbe boot of my car.
2 people in perticular stood out Nathan , Amanda, and another lady instore who put the 4 bags of stone on my trolly. But sadly i did not get her name.
Life is hard for a truly disabled person and the team at wickes Sutton went the extra mile today and made me feel normal with there fantastic help and its no trouble attitude. Fantastic.

I ordered and just had fitted a kitchen costing me ten's of thousands, designer made some mistakes and missed items off/some doors sent wrong thathad to be replaced, design was decent and helpful person. Fitter brilliant BUT handles were wrong, sent again and wrong again and wickes helplines just say 'were waiting for quality control' to answer us its there fault nothing we can do. no way of escalating. very frustrating and makes you wonder how helpful would be if had major issues as Wickes view is they can only email not ring up and make things happen internally, internal issues shouldn't be my problem. Nearly 2 weeks now no uodates not interested am going to buy my own handles

We were served by Heidi today on the Dulux paint mixing machine and also on the till at Sutton-in-Ashfield.
A very friendly, confident, helpful and professional young lady.

Service from Sutton in Ashfield manager was excellent to my problem over a delivery
