had a kitchen fitted by wickes and its poor workmanship from start to finish the work is sub contracted out to cowboys and customer service is very very poor to non exsistant i still have a hippo bag outside my house and cant get them to remove it everything they have done is poor and the kitchen the quality of the units that they fitted is of poor quality it was chipped before they finished installing it they also fitted a hive thermostat and i have no central heating now cant get them to put anything right over £13.000 i have paid i feel ripped off by wickes people dont use wickes as they will rip you off COWBOY COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME

Ordered online, and the Shipley branch arranged delivery from city sprint a guy called Fraz. Amazing service from both wickes and city sprint

Extremely helpful young man called Sam directed me to the product I was looking for on getting there the item was bigger than I expected without hesitation he offered to assist me, came to the till whilst I paid and brought the item out to my car and lifted it in, he even took the trolly back for me! He was very polite, customer focused young man. Thank you

Products from wickes are generally in line with other diy shops, however the delivery driver Faz, from the shipley store is extremely friendly and conscientious, and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
I have had a few deliveries from Faz and cannot fault his service.

I have recently placed quite a few orders for delivery as I am renovating my house. The delivery service offered by wickes is outstanding I have had a driver named Faz who has delivered all my orders. His service has been great and has been super helpful and has made this experience incredibly easy.

Just had my 7th delivery from Wickes Shipley branch for my garden project this year and wanted to say what a great pleasure it is dealing with this store, as well as the fantastic value i get from them i want to say a big thank you to Faz the delivery driver who has been so helpful when delivering lots of items and always goes out of his way to leave the goods where ever i want them, Wickes really does need to look after brilliant staff like Faz.

Harris was so helpful to us. We came in and realised a lot of the stuff wouldn’t fit in our car. He helped us with doing an online order in store and completely took away the stress for us! He was a very friendly face and more than helpful to us. Thankyou Harris. Your a credit to Wickes.

We recently had a home visit by Joshua from Shipley Wickes, followed up by a design consultation in store.
Joshua has been absolutely fantastic. He is really knowledgable and took the time to patiently explain everything to us. I could not recommend him more. He is a real asset to the company.

A big thanks to Rachel for kindly loading several bags of sand into my car during two visits to Wickes in Shipley. Due unable to lift heavy weights post surgery I’m indebted to Rachel for providing such generous assistance.

Visited the shipley store this morning and was served by the amazing Tracy. She was polite, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. In world of poor service and half effort, Tracy was a ray of sunshine. Will happily visit this store again anytime. Plenty of choice and availability.

We went to wickes in Shipley to look at getting a new kitchen. We met one of their planners who then came to our house to do a survey. He came up with some excellent suggestions. We then met him a couple of days later in store to see his plans. We were very impressed with his plan and the appliances included. It was a good price so we decided to go with it. Many Thanks to Gordon Kelly you did a great job for us and we look forward to the completed job.

I work a lot in landscaping and joinery and find Wickes offer some of the best treated timber around. Many are c24 and treated to UC3 level. They are usually always treated deeply, greater than a typical UC3 would show. UC4 would be even but almost no one stocks that disappointingly.

Today I was helped at the checkout by Harris (Shipley store) who was spot on. Professional, courteous, efficient and helpful. I was able to set up a trade account without any fuss and look forward to returning the store many more times.

Bought a kitchen, spent a lot!!! Dealt with Gordon at the shipley branch who made all my nigldy picky wishes come true. A true gentleman and nothing was to much.
Even when I made an error with the measurements he sorted me out again so smooth and professional.

This experience was a little while ago. I had previously wanted to get a Trade Pro account but struggled online. However on a visit to the Shipley Wickes branch a helpful young man, Amar, came over to assist with paint selection, but happily he sorted a Trade Pro membership out for me super-quick. Now I happily use the app. Thank you Amar!

We had an appointment on Tuesday At 1PM the day after we made the appointment I noticed they had put the wrong door number in so I phoned them to tell them correct door number I was told it would be changed.
Buy a member of staff from the kitchen team it wasn’t changed and the designer went to the wrong door we waited until 2.15 pm I phoned up to be told she had been I said no one had been that’s when I found out the door number had never been changed so the person I spoke to lied.
