Just had a complete new bathroom…
Just had a complete new bathroom fitted. Stuart (Wickes) helped us plan exactly what we wanted, and Josh (JC Renovations) did a fantastic job fitting it - would definitely recommend both Wickes and especially Josh.

Helpful service
Having sustained a back injury a few week ago I was at a loss as to how to load 8large bags of peashingle gravel from the store to my vehicle.
NO PROBLEM
I enquired to one of the male assistants in the building supplies area and without hesitation he offered to load the trolley and take the bags to the vehicle and load them.
He was polite and cheerful and understanding.
Thanks for restoring an 81 year old customers faith in good service

Great service at store, shame about delivery
Great service at store - the staff member was great. We ordered a garden gate and hinges to be delivered.
Booked Friday 11/10 for them to be delivered.
Friday comes - Hinges arrived. No gate.
Phoned and said still waiting for garden gate . Was told - sorry - it didn’t go out today (the day that was arranged) - it’ll come Monday.
Well it’s 7.30pm Monday. No gate and no phone call, and this is after I rang them at 12noon today and was assured the gate WOULD be delivered today.
Fuming ! Two days of a booked delivery for the same item and it has STILL not arrived.
Two days wasted.

Bathroom designed, supplied and installed by Wickes
Had a bathroom designed and supplied by Wickes including fitting. The process was fairly straightforward, the designer gave some really good suggestions as to how to get the best appearance based on our ideas and the Wickes appointed installer (Dimentians - Nehat) did an amazing job. Very pleased.

Kitchen Design
Albin Abraham Measured & Designed my Kitchen, I then went into store to see designs, make any changes and order kitchen. Experience was effortless and brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend Wickes, I am the 3rd person in my family to order a wickes kitchen from Rayleigh store without any Issues.

Visited the Rayleigh store
Visited the Rayleigh store. just as i reached the front of the queue the operator walked off . she was gone for so long i joined another queue, she decided to re appear just after i had paid for my goods and was leaving.

I purchased a kitchen from wicks 7…
I purchased a kitchen from wicks 7 years ago i have just noticed that one of the large draw units has started to lift at the bottom.I spoke to the Rayleigh Essex Branch Mr Jason Rhodes about this he was so helpful and asked me to send over photos The manager Mike even had some input The bottom line they have sent out a new front free of charge to me the guarantee was for 10 years and they have honoured this will be back to Wicks very Soon
10 out of 10 all round service Spot on
