Can’t fault Harry he gave us so much help when we were choosing our new kitchen tiles. We were lost with what to go for!!

I needed some help and advice about outdoor lightening. A young man called Harry couldn’t have been any more helpful and knowledgeable. My new lightening looks great in my garden. Thank you Harry

Had what I wanted at a very good price. I was served immediately and a person was assigned to load my car with my purchases. The young man who loaded the car for me saw that I was having difficulty lifting my dog into the back seat of my car as the boot was full. He very gently lifted her into the car. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Fabulous. Thank you Wickes.

Very helpful staff

I was looking for a specific product and Viktor helped me a lot to find this. Thank you Viktor

James is knowledgeable and efficient in his job. He is brilliant at explaining what needs doing and puts a personal touch to his job. Please look after him!!!

Popped in for some product and was assisted by Viktor who was extremely helpful and assisted us to find and choose what we required. Happy all round.

We have just had a new kitchen installed by Wickes and can honestly say we are absolutely delighted with it. The experience from design to installation was 5* no request was too small or a pain to them and the finished product first class from the units to the tiles cannot fault them would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new kitchen. I would also like to give a big thanks to Monday and his team who installed the kitchen there help and eye to detail was first class and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a kitchen fitting.

Thanks to viktor for helping me to load in my car

Sanjay was very helpful. He went out of his way to check that paint charts and paint was in.

Viktor at Wickes was absolutely amazing in helping me with my recent purchase of the 40mm Plum Slates. He helped loading the 20 bags in my car on 2 separate trips. He was warm, respectful and friendly which made my son and I comfortable and grateful for his assistance. He went above and beyond ensuring that the product was securely loaded and handled with care. Wickes Pudsey are definitely blessed to have someone of great character and impeccably professional on their team! Highly recommended!

I just had a delivery this morning and the young man ZADE who delivered a particularly heavy order was probably the loveliest, kindest delivery driver we've ever had. The toddlers were bombarding him with questions throughout and he answered them without an issue. They weren't rude or running around, they were just stood with me in the doorway and his positive attitude really did give them a great start to the day. Its great when children feel heard and they definitely did. One asked if he wanted to use the toilet lol. The big boy toilet. He was just going about his day, doing his job but those little interactions can really make or break someone else's day. Thank you for being the way you are ZADE. Have a great week and keep up the positive attitude. People don't always show their appreciation but it is there and you should know it.

Wouldn’t trust doing a kitchen it’s been 60 days and we are eating out of an airfryer and the microwave still. Oven been labelled as electrically and gas unsafe. Plumbing not done correctly. Too many email chains. Wouldn’t trust organising a piss up in a brewery

We had our kitchen designed by Sal at Wickes Pudsey and we could not be any happier. He listened to our idea’s and added his own and eventually third time around we got it spot on!
Sal did an amazing job and could not fault him. He was very professional from day one on what is a very stressful time for anyone designing a kitchen, he made it quite effortlessly.
Sal offered some very good advice and we would recommend him to design your kitchen for sure. Thank you Sal for an amazing job and all of your time. Fiona and Neil

I recently had my kitchen designed by Salaam at Wickes in Pudsey, and I honestly could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. Salaam was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about getting every detail right. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered brilliant ideas and practical advice, and created a design that completely transformed my vision into something even better than I imagined.

Nothing ever felt rushed, and his attention to detail was outstanding throughout the whole process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, exciting, and enjoyable. The final design is stunning, functional, and perfectly suited to the space.

If you are thinking about getting a new kitchen, I would highly recommend asking for Salaam at Wickes Pudsey. Fantastic customer service, excellent communication, and a genuinely talented kitchen designer. Thank you again, Salaam!

Wow what a shopping experience, Spencer was so helpful he was extremely knowledgeable of products and made my shopping a breeze. I would recommend Spencer at Wickes Pudsey over and over. Spencer is a asset to Wickes and hope his supervisor and managers see this review.

I recently ordered compost soil and topsoil from Wickes online, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The website was easy to use, and arranging delivery was straightforward with clear communication throughout.

What really stood out, though, was the delivery itself. The driver was excellent—professional, helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to check exactly where I wanted everything placed and made sure it was delivered neatly and carefully. He showed real respect for my property, which I really appreciated, and nothing felt rushed or careless.

It’s not often you come across such attentive and considerate service. The driver went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything, and it made a big difference to the overall experience.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Wickes again. Highly recommended!

Easy to order online kept me informed about delivery and the delivery drivers were excellent and really helpful.

Salam helped massively with the design of our new bathroom. He had started a plan for it before we even arrived based from our previous discussions. Showed us around the showroom and the website to pick what we wanted and went through step by step how the whole process would work. Couldn't recommend this service more.
