Had a design appointment with Jack to improve our uniquely thin kitchen space.

The new layout truly makes the most of the space, we were truly impressed with the storage solutions we now have.

Great Service...

Bought kitchen at Wickes, Longbridge Road Marsh Mills, Plymouth. Now fitted, the kitchen looks great and seems a good quality product. Much appreciated assistance and patience from Beth Pender after our many visits and design changes. All show room staff were always happy to assist. After sales care is also worth a mention for their support and speed rectifying some minor issues we had.
Very pleased.

Disgusting customer service!
Waited over 8 hours for a delivery which was promised within a four hour window!!
I had to chase it myself the entire day.
So Disrespectful of peoples time
I shall Never order again from this store and if I could have given a zero I would have
To add insult to injury I paid extra for a Saturday delivery which turned out to be an absolute nightmare.
It seems that Wickes couldn’t care less how long you are waiting as they already gave your payment

We had a fantastic experience when designing and purchasing our new bathrooms.

Denise was absolutely brilliant - she was very knowledgable and helped us to carefully and thoughtfully design rooms that fitted our needs.

The support and service from start to finish was excellent, any questions we had throughout the process were quickly answered and solved.

Would thoroughly recommend!

Just at the start of a new bathroom project with Wickes. So far have only dealt with Beth Pender, the Design Consultant at Plymouth. She has been excellent; very punctual arrival for measuring up and came up with a very good design fitting our criteria. Beth is extremely personable and professional, answering all of our questions, helping and advising on our selections of shower room fittings. It has been a pleasure to deal with Beth and we hope the rest of the project goes as smoothly !

Beth was very helpful with choosing the kitchen, and we were very happy with the service.

We recently had our kitchen designed through Wickes, and working with Denise Bettey was the best part of the whole process. She didn’t just “design a kitchen” she listened to how we use the space, what we struggle with, and what we wanted to improve.

Her suggestions were thoughtful and practical, and she helped us avoid a couple of mistakes we would definitely have made on our own. The final design feels like it was created for us, not just pulled from a catalogue.

If you want someone who genuinely cares about getting it right, Denise is the person to ask for.

I went into the Plymouth store for a kitchen design and met with Denise Betty, she was friendly and professional and really knew her subject. The design I went with was modern and a very good price, I would definitely recommend Wickes if you want a new kitchen.

Denise Bettey was an absolute star!! We knew what we wanted but Denise added some great suggestions to improve the overall appearance of our kitchen design. During the build of our kitchen there were a few alterations to cupboards etc. Denise made adjustments without hesitation. Our second kitchen with Wickes and we can't fault anything!!

Denise was amazing from start to finish. She helped me design and choose fixtures and fittings for my bathroom. She was polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend her

As soon as i met Beth Pender my kitchen planner i knew i was in the best hands i would possibly need.

I knew what i wanted and Beth came and measured my old kitchen to see what units i would need. A week later i visted her in store and there it was all done showing me what i had in my head and now on a plan.

Just had to choose kitchen equipment and that was it all done.

Waiting now for the installer to come and look and for some building work and should be done soon.

After 8 gruelling months of dealing with our insurance company, Bethany Pender at the Plymouth branch, made the process of buying and designing a new kitchen easy and stress free!
She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process and gave us some great ideas to make the best use of our space.
We have already recommended her to friends and family!

Ordered gravel. On the delivery day I checked by ringing customer service when would delivery be made as it was a little later than estimated.. The gentleman on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and polite. I’m really impressed by the customer service. Also the person delivering couldn’t have been more helpful placing the bulk bags exactly where we wanted. Great really pleased

From the moment I made an enquiry, having Jack come out to my property, and to the final stages of booking and paying, it was all very quick and seamless.

It wasn’t the easiest of designs as it was for a bar area to be built in the corner of a unique shaped room, but it was no problem for Jack to find a solution and make my vision come to life.

He was very knowledgeable and would return to him when coming back to Wickes in the future.

This is now a 1 star review. It simply gets worse. The ‘installation customer experience’ team are genuinely the worst group of people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Inept, rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Yes we’ll be making a formal complaint detailing multiple failures, failures in delivering the products required for the install, multiple deliveries with items missing, incorrect deliveries and simple incompetence. PLEASE, PLEASE, do not order your bathrooms from these people. I’d be happy to share our experience with anyone. Next stop, legal advice about their failures.

Let me start with the positive - the Wickes bathroom designer was amazing. Genuinely professional and excellent.

Now, let’s get to what Wickes actually deliver. We ordered 2 bathrooms at a cost of tens of thousands of pounds. We are now into week three of the 1st bathroom fit. So far, I’ve had to wait in the house for in excess of 6 seperate deliveries. Our expectations were set that we’d have one big delivery for each bathroom. Wrong! Then we didn’t receive the correct items or the items weren’t delivered on time. What really matters is that the ‘installation service customer experience centre’ send texts and emails that are clearly automated and then don’t reply to either mail or text responses. And, this weekend we’ve been left for three days without hot water.

So far, a lot of hot air from Wickes but failing to deliver on their promises. Let’s see how the second bathroom installation goes. Maybe the review will go down or up…

The service Jack Hunt provided was second to none, professional, efficient and polite. Jack went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had the best layout for our kitchen to meet our needs.

Denise bettey designed my bathroom and was really helpful and informative. The design was exactly what I had in mind. My bathroom is now finished and it’s absolutely stunning. Dean from ProPlumb was amazing and has done a fantastic job. It’s exceeded my expectations. I did have a couple of issues with delivery dates but was worth it now it’s all finished.

The whole experience purchasing my kitchens from Wickes, designed by Mark Stonehouse, was excellent. I needed to purchase 2 separate kitchens. I gave Mark my scraps of paper & he worked his magic and designed them both for me & arranged a delivery date on the spot. About a week later I had to amend my order…my measuring mistake! I went in to see Mark & he amended it for me & I also got a partial refund. I purchased the Ohio units for both kitchens and they look amazing. I will defo be recommending Wickes to all my friends & family. Well done Mark!
