We enquired into a bathroom renovation online, Beth was our design consultant.
Beth was very diligent in matching to specific needs and budget and as a result and in less time than original anticipated, we have a new bathroom that we are exceptionally pleased with. We cannot thank Beth and her team enough.

Review left and told someone would get in contact. No one has, not ability to reply to their response. Terrible customer service continues.

Walked into the peterborough store couldn't immediately find my product, went to a sales assistant called Josh, he immediately stopped what he was doing and went out of his way to assist me, fantastic service, keep up the good work

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH WICKES AFTER SERVICE !!!!!!

We spent thousands of pounds on a new kitchen with Wickes and also had it installed through Wickes. After only 2 years and one month the kitchen tap has failed and is leaking to the extent that we have had to mop up quite a lot of water off of the kitchen floor.
When we purchased this tap we were informed it came with a 5 year warranty. The same tap is still being sold by Wickes and clearly states on their website that it has a 5 year warranty. Considering the price we paid for the tap we are very disappointed that it has only worked properly for 2 years and one month which is well within the warranty period. However, Wickes warranty department have declined our claim saying it is only guaranteed for 1 year. We are obviously going to pursue this matter and are very dissatisfied.

I have just been to my local Wickes store in Peterborough.

I placed an order for delivery; the delivery cost is only £4.00.

The staff there are always helpful and friendly. I was served by Colin, who works on the tills; he is always happy, helpful, polite, and professional, whenever I go in, which seems to be daily at the moment.

I had had a lot of luck recently, picking up some great bargains from the clearance trollies.

We went to our local branch of Wickes in Peterborough as we had seen a discounted product on the Wickes website. When we got there it was not in stock, despite being labelled as such online. The store assistant, Sally, couldn't have been more helpful, in fact she went out of her way to help us, and we ended up getting the item delivered.

Placing an order for delivery on the app was not working over the weekend on the Monday I went to the Peterborough store and Pamela took the time and attention to sort it for me. Arrived today 🙂

Wickes in Peterborough had a great range of Dulux paint - all on offer.
Colin was very helpful and gave great advice.

All members of staff really helpful with full shopping experience. Especially Sally on the checkouts.

Steve was very helpful and friendly person made the shopping experience that much better

Catherine at the Peterborough branch provided excellent information and advice. She was very approachable, reliable and remained in regular contact throughout the whole process from the planning to the completion of the fitting of my kitchen. Steve, the fitter was excellent. He communicated with me and was very tidy. The result is stunning! It looks just as I’d hoped it would. I can thoroughly recommend Catherine, Steve and Peterborough Wickes.

Big thanks to Steve. He was incredibly helpful working out paint prices for me, even though it was close to closing time and he was clearly setting up displays for a sale. He still took the time to assist without rushing me, and made sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service. Really appreciated!

Also Colin, who I regularly see working on the tills. Quick and professional!

I was browsing the kitchens and needed an adjustable spanner too! Matt approached me and we discussed at length kitchen door options and had a brochure to take away. He assisted me with the location and options for the spanner too. Matt is a young man with a refreshing, positive and genuine attitude to customer service. Well done Matt! I ordered a click and collect and arrived near closing time. Pav was very helpful when I decided to cancel my click and collect order to purchase other items in store, nothing was too much bother for hiim. He even took his time to set me up a trade account. Quick and easy, thank you Pav.
