Wickes - Perth Anmeldelser 

I have just started looking for a new bathroom and was in speaking to Daniel. Got some great advice and was very helpful.

Visited Wickes in Perth this afternoon looking for a new kitchen. What a miserable and depressing experience! No sign of any staff at all in the 20 minutes we were looking around. The showroom was untidy, dirty and in very poor condition. Most of the displays had something broken or missing and the signage was falling off. The desk area was untidy, dated and unwelcoming. Although there was no staff anywhere there was half drunk coffee, juice and a back pack at the desk. After this experience I would definitely not want to buy a kitchen from Wickes in Perth.

Recently bought a kitchen from George in the Perth branch of wickes.The whole experience was excellent.George guided us through our options and we ended up with a really good deal with the kitchen of our choice.

I am a regular customer in the perth store, and I aways receive great customer service. The young gentleman that served me on Friday was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer my endless questions and talked me through all of the products I needed for my project! Always very happy with the service here.

On a side note the store is absolutely freezing at the moment! So hopefully the doors get fixed because it not pleasant shopping in the freezing cold!

I went in today not to sure of what I needed for my renovation project, but it was made so much easier by the lovely customer service from Angie. She helped me figure out everything I needed and explained everything so well.

Staff in the Perth store always friendly and willing to help especially Edyta, 10/10

Doing up my bathroom and popped into Wickes Perth to look at flooring and tiles. Was helped by Angie who was very knowledgeable and helpful made my purchase go smoothly will definitely be back

Myself and my husband shop in Wickes quite often and every time we receive great service Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and I have to mention Edyta here who always goes above and beyond to offer great customer service. She is a star and a great asset to the company.

Been doing home project for last week or so and visited Perth store almost daily. I cannot recommend Juatyna enough, always happy to help, gives great advice and more importantly all this with smile on her face. Nothing is a problem for her and she makes my shopping so much easier and more enjoyable

Bought a full kitchen from the Perth store. Once fitted, worktop started to delaminate. Rep came out to see it and agreed that one area was a manufacturing issue and the other was down to workmanship. Weeks went by and after pushing we were told by the store that it was water ingress and it was our fault. The area of delamination is nowhere near any water. Pics were sent but wicked merely said that they would replace the counter top but would not cover the extensive fitting of it. They pushed us into a corner and we had no choice but to accept before they closed the case and we got nothing. Wasn’t worth throwing money at to fight. Won’t trust them again. Initially it was good service, but they fail massively on aftercare.

Order 3 internal doors they got delivered directly from supplier all 3 doors arrived with damaged the customer service was shocking kept saying to contact the supplier the supplier kept says to contact wickes just went round in circles

Was in on Tuesday looking for some help with paint. I approached a young lady called Gemma who was more than happy to help and showed me all the available brands and colours. Great service highly recommended

Don’t buy from Wickes.

Order in kitchen item in store and paid in store for next day deliver.
4days later , no delivery .
So I went in store to cancel order.
Systems don’t allow this I was told ??
So rang customer service and had order cancelled
Courier turned up next day and informed driver the order had already been cancelled yesterday. The kitchen unit was out back in the truck .
I did not take delivery or ownership of this unit
* Refund should have been processed at this point .
Rang customer service for a refund and was told it would take 14days for an order I cancelled before deliver ?
The unit took 4 days to be returned to wickes warehouse apparently?
* again At this point a refund should have been made . Wickes have there item in there warehouse
But no . The item has to be checked and verified and passed to the refund team.

Refund should and must have been processed once the ordered was cancelled . It is not the customer problem if Wickes stock system doesn’t communicate with the courier company . The customer never took delivery and it’s between Wickes and courier company DPD.

Still no refund .
