Wickes - Norwich Anmeldelser 

I was helped in store by 2 young ladies very helpful in sorting out some stuff I needed. The young lady on the checkout was also very helpful in sorting out my order nothing was too much trouble.

Even less impressed than before!!!
So, Scott H - thank you for advising me you were upset by my experience - not half as much as me I can tell you !
Today, your utterly useless company has sent me ANOTHER box, approx 6ft x 2ft, which apparently will contain the small piece of plastic about 3 INCHES long that is required to get my pull-out larder unit installed.
Well, if it ever was in there it ain't now, because once again that huge box was damaged and the delivery driver really couldn't have been less interested if he tried.
I now have TWO large boxes that are no damn use to me at all, just cluttering up my house, which is already cluttered with store cupboard items that should have been put into the larder unit, but can't yet as it hasn't been installed thanks to the idiotic responses from your company in sorting out a small bit of plastic!
Dear God, what will it take to get this resolved ????
I'm not storing your junk, you can come and get it yourselves, its absolutely no use to me, nor the poor fitter who is also ripping his hair out in total frustration. I've chucked these 2 boxes in the garden, and if they're not removed in a week they will get taken by the council bin collection team.
I am so, so sick of this stupidity.

From the first time we went into the Norwich branch of Wickes to look at options for our new kitchen we were impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of all of their staff. Stuart G, our designer, came out to measure our existing kitchen and provided valuable insights into what was sensible and possible. Throughout the design he seemed to have understood exactly what we wanted. Matt A, our senior fitter, worked a solid full week in demolishing our old kitchen and superbly fitting the new one. His attention to detail was phenomenal. The other members of his team, electricians, plumbers, plasterers and tilers were all extremely professional and cheerful with it and delivered an exemplary product. Our neighbours were equally impressed by the team's tidiness. We are so happy with the result.

Lauren Baston was most helpful when we visited Wickes to have our bathroom refurbished. She was helpful, knowledgeable and guided us to the various things we might like and want. However, when we re measured the bathroom we realised that the double shower would be too wide to fit our requirements and therefore we had to cancel our next appointment. I would recommend Lauren and would ask for her should we need any other service.

After reading reviews bout wickes we thought let's give them ago.
So went to shop in Norwich came to my house measured up were there for about an hour lovely.
So we were told once all measured come to shop week later yesterday to see it online virtual was really looking forward to it.
Get to shop 2pm appointment no one there, see man sitting behind desk very nice & said we there for appointment to see our virtual bathroom on line he said who with so I told him & the lady wasn't there.
On another job apprantly I'll get her to call you absolutely nothing in appointment book. So go home couple hours later I get a call.
I'm so sorry totally forgot & not even done design.
Would I like to reschedule what a joke .poor bloody service to forget after you been in my house for an hour.
I don't think so fuming.
Now got look else where don't mind but was the whole thing tiles floor new shower the lot & forgets.

From the start of the process with Ady, the kitchen designer to the fitter Keith. The whole experience with Wickes at Norwich has been superb. So pleased with the quality and design layout of our new kitchen. From delivery and fitting communication has been excellent with very friendly and knowledgeable people - will highly recommend.

We ordered a kitchen in May but needed a couple of extra units to cover up some pipe work discovered upon removing the old kitchen. We were served by Emily Gladhill-Walker. Not exactly sure what would work best Emily took the time to show us lots of different options and then loaded them on the CAD system to show us the finished result. We enjoyed our interaction with Emily who is thoroughly professional and passionate. A real credit to Wickes.
