Wickes - Northampton Riverside Anmeldelser

We have had a few meetings with Cameron whilst deciding upon our bathrooms refurbishment.
Throughout we have found Cameron to be very knowledgeable, very informative and a very pleasant person to deal with. He was not pushy but steered us towards items we were interested in. Cameron is a real credit to Wickes in general and this new store at Riverside in particular.
We will be going back to Cameron when start on our kitchen.

We found Aaron to be really helpful, not pushy, answered our questions and gave great advise when asked. He was really patient and sourced us a great kitchen.
We would really recommend Aaron. We will review again once the kitchen is installed.

We’ve had a wonderful experience so far with Wickes thanks to Aaron’s help. He’s taken us through the design of our bathrooms patiently and with great knowledge, to which we’ve really appreciated it! It’s made the whole experience so much smoother thanks to him. Would highly recommend

Knowledgeable and patient kitchen designer. Offered us multiple discounts on top quality AEG fittings. Was happy to add my Wickes trade discount at the end of the transaction. Many thanks.

Cam Barton was friendly, professional and patient throughout the process of designing and ordering our new bathrooms. His ideas and suggestions were really helpful in making our decisions. We would totally recommend Cam!

Anna at Wickes was very helpful and professional. The new shop is very well organised and the products on the shelves are all in a line and stacked neatly. Not just thrown in like other stores.
Anna found what I was looking for in seconds. Great service from her.

Great to have Wickes this side of Northampton. Store is well stocked and has everything you might need for both DIY and trade. Charlie S served and was both polite and helpful.

i visited the New store in riverside Northampton and found the customer service i got from Emilia was Amazing very helpful and welcoming .

Lewis, was fantastic. Friendly and explained everything. Fabulous customer service

When it came to looking for a new kitchen I was incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with a first-rate kitchen designer, Cam Barton, at Wickes.
On top of a highly professional customer manner, he produced a fantastic design for a challenging room space.
In fact, in all of my 50 or so years, I have never received customer service and expertise anywhere near this level and wholeheartedly give both the designer and Wickes my highest recommendation!

With the kitchen fitting almost complete, not only does it look beautiful, I can honestly say it works perfectly from a practicality point of view.
The quality of the units is superb, significantly superior than competitors and I expect this kitchen will last for many years to come without looking dated.

A very happy customer indeed! Well done Cam and well done Wickes! A top-notch experience from beginning to end.
Thank you!

Visited the new store today 10/01 was helped around by a member of staff called lottie who helped me get all I needed. Great customer service

Emilia was very helpful and understanding when I had to replace an item which I measured incorrectly. She went the extra mile and despite my mistake couldn't have been friendlier. Her manager Paul was also exceptional and they let me borrow a tape measure to make some cuts in the car park as I left mine at home by accident.

Staff very friendly and helpful. William was very helpful and kind in taking my coal to the car.

We used the instore service to plan refit for both our bathroom and ensuite and the whole process was simply and pain free thanks to Cam. Next step is using the installation service which we hope will be as pain free

I recently had a new bathroom designed and fitted by Wickes and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

A special mention has to go to the designer, Jamie, who was absolutely amazing. He really listened to what I wanted, offered great ideas, and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

The end result looks fantastic and I’m so pleased with my new bathroom. I would definitely recommend Wickes, and especially Jamie, to anyone considering a bathroom project.
