Really clean shop with amazing staff members, demi and beverley went above and beyond to help me when I didn't have a clue what I was looking for! Definitely reccomend.

Came to get some paint to repaint my garden fence. I couldn’t find the colour I wanted. Demi approached me in my time of need and helped me match the correct colour paint to the old one I’d brought. She was super helpful :)

Great Store . Came in unsure what i needed and a Lovely Girl called Demi gave me lots of information and helped me highly recommend Demi she was a delight throughout the whole process. I left with everything I needed. Will definitely be back .

Customer service is always 10/10, the staff are friendly and welcoming. I always recommend this as the go to Wickes store when discussing with my friends and family. Can't beat the level of service given and huge thank you to Demi who always goes the extra mile!

We had a kitchen design done by Mizan. Very knowledgeable easy to talk to. We went to another local kitchen design team previously and all I can say is mizans professionalism shone through,he went above and beyond to find us the best deals for our budget. Thank you mizan

Went to buy decking was unsure what to purchase, Laura at the Minworth store assisted me and had great customer service took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Left store very happy with purchase.

I went in looking for new doors and needed some help with measurements a young lady called demi was so helpfull she explained everything to me and helped me pick out a style, made my trip so much easier would highly recommend this store!!

Absolutely terrible attitude with the female staff member at the sore today. I asked to see about a M class hover she shrugged her head as if I was talking another language and to get help about a hover. To be told go online and find it yourself. Very rude old lady think her customer service skill are none existent. Very rude bad attitude. You might as well close the stores down make it all on line and collection points without staff with bad attitude. Shocked to be fair I shop in wick quite often and today I think I'll take my business else where that's how angry I am

I recently had my kitchen designed at Wickes and just had to leave a review for Mizan, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

As a customer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mizan was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows his craft inside out. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered brilliant suggestions, and guided me through every step with patience and professionalism.

What really stood out was how much effort he put into making sure everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine care for getting the best result really shows.

I’m so happy with the final design—it’s even better than I imagined, and that’s all thanks to Mizan. He’s a huge asset to Wickes, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to design their kitchen.

We have just had our fabulous new kitchen fitted by Wickes and we could not be more delighted. Our Design Consultant Camraan Hamid was so professional extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. He listened to what we wanted gave us great ideas and designed our kitchen better than we thought possible. Our Wickes Fitter Ben Furze was just fantastic ultra reliable he ran every element of the job coordinating other tradesmen (who were all great) his work was immaculate nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Wickes Minworth and both Camraan and Ben.
Shout out to the delivery men too they were also great.
