Store has a wide range of products, staff are always on hand to help. Quick and efficient service.
Sasha has helped me on many occasions with questions and finding the bits I need. I also met Vic who was busy unloading paint but still answered all my queries and offered great advice.
All round a great store with brilliant staff.

A welcome smile and great customer…
A welcome smile and great customer service as always.
I needed to get some paint to use on a window sill, so I popped into my local Wickes store in Maldon.
Amanda, Vic, Shirley and Kay greeted me with a welcome smile as I walked round the store and helped me find the items I needed quickly. Vic was very helpful in making sure I chose the correct type of paint for the job.
I have always found the team at Maldon to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and great at customer service.

Helpful friendly staff
I visited the maldon branch and was helped by Kay.
She took the time to ensure I found the correct product to fix my shower by taking me to the area of the shop not just pointing in the direction of where I needed to go. She then helped me select the correct item I needed so I felt confident in my purchase.
The store has a good range of products at reasonable prices and is very useful to have in my local town.
My shower problem is now resolved thank thank you.

Helpful & Friendly Staff & Service
Thanks, Vic, for loading the six sacks of logs I wanted onto a trolley. After paying, Vic took the trolley to my car and loaded them into the boot. I had recently hurt my back, and luckily, Vic came to the rescue when he saw me struggling as the sacks were heavier than I expected. Great service.
