Went to the Maidstone branch and was helped by Jim - I'm not a professional or even an experianced DIYer but Jim helped me through with a smile. Made it a lot less stressful.

Jim is a legend
Jim assisted me working out what I needed in ordee to paint my front door, as a novice DIY'er I had no idea what I needed to do a decent job. Jim spent time going through the options, despite being busy himself he really went out of his way to help. Thank you so much!

I went to Wickes to buy 3 bags of compost. Did not realise that they would be so heavy I managed to pull them onto the trolley but knew thst I would nit be able to lift them into my car. At the checkout I asked the cashier Jim if there was anyone that could help me. He called a female member of staff to cover the till and he helped me out the compost. Thank you Jim

Bought two worktops, order number 703306203. Arrived damaged, and the quality of the worktops are poor as scratch easily. I don’t recommend and wouldn’t buy again. Am awaiting a response from wickes.
