Wickes - Luton Anmeldelser 

Had a great experience with a chap called Jason at the Luton store.
I was looking for bits for my allotment and he recognized what I was doing and pointed out the best items I should buy.
Really great service, saved me a lot of agg.

I came in to get a big flower pot and wasn't sure which one i really required or needed. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Chester. He was brilliant helped me with all my queries and helped me take the item to my car as it was heavy and bulky. Thank you Chester and Wickes Luton, made my day.

We visited the Luton store and were blown away by the amazing customer service we received. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Sebastian who I couldn’t fault in any way. His years of experience was evident in the outstanding design he made for our kitchen and utility. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of these services.

We supply and fit turf, and we always find Wickes to be a reliable and convenient supplier for all our needs. In particular, their topsoil is consistently the most affordable on the market compared to other stores. One suggestion: there’s a product called pre-turf fertiliser that we currently have to source from B&Q, as it’s not available at Wickes. If Wickes could consider stocking it, that would be incredibly helpful for us. Thank you

We visited the Luton store this morning to purchase some wood. We were unable to find what we were looking for so asked for some help from a store assistant called Ula. Even though she was extremely busy doing an order and helping another customer she had time to help us. She was polite, helpful and knowledgable and was able to sort us out with minimum of fuss!!! It was much appreciated! Thankyou Ula

I visited my local wickes branch in Luton today like every day. Wickes is mine regular supplier for the stuff what I need. Always friendly polite and here when you need help or advice. Very respectful staff and very friendly and polite people. Well done guys and keep doing that way. For anything what I need Wickes Luton branch will be my first choice

I went into Wickes hoping for some guidance towards materials needed for my project at home. Karen, in particular, helped point me in the right direction and I was able to get everything I needed! Will be back soon!!

We had the best experience at Wickes in Luton, and a huge part of this was due to Sebastian. We chose our kitchen and told him everything we wanted and Sebastian made it happen. Right from the start, everything had ran smoothly and I am so thankful that we had Sebastian to help us with this process. He stayed within our budget and gave us our dream kitchen. Thanks Wickes!

Following on from my 5th December review, and despite assurances from Wickes we are no further forward. Kitchen fitter was meant to come today to finish my parents kitchen, however hasn’t turned up, is not answering his phone, no communication. To compound matters Customer service apparently can not help. Disgusting attitude and behaviour from Wickes on my elderly parents who are being treated in an awful manner since September and continually being messed around. Shame on you Wickes!!

Jason was super helpful and had some good suggestions for the paint and other bits and pieces I was looking for. Quick service, nothing too much trouble and good checkout at the till. Perfect.

The 5 stars are for the in store customer service, in particular Jamie, who went above and beyond to get a replacement door, at no extra cost, even though it was for a cupboard that was fitted in a bathroom renovation four years ago.
Maybe Jamie could lead some training with the online customer service team!

We met Mike (Luton Wickes) for a new kitchen order and he was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. He designed my new kitchen wonderfully. Mike is a kind and honest consultant whilst very professional and I am so grateful to him for all his help and expertise. Would highly recommend.

Wanted peace of mind by using big company for kitchen and got headache instead. You go ans desifn the whole kitchen then they tell you near the end you cant usw their installers unless you pay for a Bespoke kitchen rather than Lifestyle.

Then comes delivery. They told me it would arrive in 7 days. I didnt even get a text to book the main delivery (1 of 3) for 4 days and ot shows that i have to wait a month.

Trying to resolve with customer services is also a headache. The instore design consultants say they cant see full delivery details so you have to call. I had to forward that guy my delivery email as he couldnt access any details. When you call up you have to press the automated system for a call back and they seem to do that an hour or so later.

Shocking really - considering refunding and going elsewhere as will prpb be faster.
