Very impressed. The store was clean, tidy and the staff were warm, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I went in to wickes spoke with the young lady miss paige for some water pipes items it was a pleasure she dealt with it without any issues so glad I went to wickes & appreciated the help in advising me fir the items at wicks .h

Excellent care and advice given by sales staff Anil Mistry throughout the whole process from initial visit and design to aftercare. Installation of the kitchen was also very well organised. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. Thank you Anil!

I have had a very positive experience booking my kitchen with Wickes in Wigston. Becky did an amazing job designing it and was incredibly patient and supportive with all my decisions. The builder that fitted the kitchen also did a fantastic job. Thank you!

I have been to the Wigston store many times in the last 2 years, for various DIY, Electrical, Garden, products, and required help and advise from the staff. Who always there with a Great attitude and willingness to help.
They clearly have a Excellent, Training, Knowledge in products, use, benefits, and a Great approach in Communication to the Customer. I have always received the Consistent high level of service and get the results I went in for.
What a breath of fresh air to go to this store, as today generally this is unusual to find and receive at this level for Customer Services.
You have a Great Work Ethic, and so well together as the TEAM. Well Done You have the Right Formula. Don't Change it! People are Your Business.

The installation designer James Kearney, has gone out of his way from start of design to ensure that our kitchen and utility room would meet the needs of a large family. . Provided alternatives to help with cost. His professionalism with support is rare these days. I am impressed with the service that has been provided

What a fiasco wife called in to pick up 300ml can wickes expanding foam but upon getting it home I discovered it had no nozzle tube so was useless so taken back to branch wigston only to discover the branch were waiting for nozzles to come in. what a waste of fuel returning to store no compensation offered for inconvienience very disappointed as was regular customer manager refused to take other nozzle less cans off shelves. Reply by wicked does not resolve will vote with our feet!!

Originally I approached the Thurmaston Branch of Wickes and they weren't really interested in my enquiry for a new kitchen.... Thank god, that was a blessing in disguise. Having walked into the Wigston store, we were warmly greeted by Ben (store manager) who was really helpful and booked us a visit by their Design Consultant - Anil Mistry. We couldn't ask for anyone better, nothing was too much and Anil was extremely helpful, polite and professional. He took his time explaining things and no number of design changes were too much. He is a real asset to Wickes and we will definitely make sure we use Wickes and Anil again for any future projects. Looking forward to our new fitted kitchen.

Buying a bathroom can be daunting as it’s something that you rarely do, Thankfully there are people like Anil Mistry that are available to help. Anil was super helpful and full of ideas on how to make the most of the space and our budget. He not only explained the options we had but was able to highlight the pros and cons of each and the potential impact on the installation process as well as day to day usage. Overall, Anil was friendly, professional and well informed, I would highly recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Anil, looking forward to our new bathroom !

Rant incoming… Never ever buy a kitchen from Wickes. This is how they have left me, with no worktops after having the rest of the kitchen fitted. At the start, I was told they would come with the units on the 8th March. That in fact was not the case after I had already booked in the joiner. I was told this was due to the supplier having a more up to date schedule on the delivery times. They gave me two options… cancel the worktops and come into store to pick something else. We went into store and there was nothing we liked so decided to stick with the delivery date. 18 days after the original kitchen units and appliances were delivered. I took the 26th March off work to take delivery of the worktops. I received a generic text to say they were unable to deliver and they would reschedule another delivery date. In spite of the fact I was waiting. I rang their customer services up and they told me the delivery driver couldn’t make delivery as he had no worktops on his van 😂😂😂 absolute classic! I was told they couldn’t do anything until the driver got back to their depot. I rang the customer services up again the morning after and was on the phone nearly an hour after being passed around 3 different people. They gave me a rearranged date of 10th April, 33 days after the rest of the kitchen was delivered. I refused this date and told them I want my money back. The money they have had since early January, when I originally booked the worktops. We are without water, sink and hob whilst navigating life with a toddler. At the moment I am trying my hardest to source other alternatives to get us out this mess. Absolutely disgraceful customer services and they will receive a formal complaint as well as a written one. STAY AWAY FROM WICKES KITCHENS!!!

We had a great experience ordering our new bathroom suite from Wickes in Wigston, Leicester. Anil assisted us with choosing the right products and designed our new bathroom with us to maximise space and comfort. His expertise was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, 2 of the vanity unit doors were damaged upon delivery but Anil went above and beyond to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Excellent service and customer care.

Anil was patient with us, even when we couldn’t afford the design first time round. He was diligent, considered and thoughtful - as well as creative. We are so happy with the design and the aftercare was exceptional. Something I wouldn’t expect from a major store like Wickes.

He understood the complexity of the idea and worked with us through concept, to idea and then delivery. Absolutely exceptional service.

***WIGSTON, LEICESTERSHIRE BRANCH*** What a truly brilliant experience I have just had with the very gifted and brilliant Anil at our local Wicks branch. We decided on Friday to fully renovate my Grandmother's bungalow before selling it, so popped into store to enquire about the kitchen design service. First thing Monday morning Anil arrived at the property, and by close of play the same day we had our quotes and designs, well within budget and ticking every box we gave him. Yesterday I went into store to finalise the order and pay. On sitting down with Anil, he came up with some fab tweaks that will maximise the space and make the kitchen more user-friendly for our target buyer. Anil's expertise, creative flare and patience could not have been more exceptional had we had a £30k budget rather than a £3k one. It's very rare in any circumstance these days to receive service that goes so significantly above and beyond not only what you would expect, but also what you could wish for, but Anil really did raise the bar. If anyone in the Leicestershire area is struggling for inspiration, worried about costs spiralling or needs guidance on all the little things you might need that you wouldn't necessarily think of if you're not a seasoned kitchen fitter, then Anil is your one-man shop. Cannot rate the service highly enough. And just to top it off, the kitchen will be on site with us on Thursday, so less than a week from us popping into store, to being ready to fit! Brilliant!

We had an amazing experience working with Anil! Even though we didn’t have an appointment, he graciously took the time to assist us, making us feel welcome and valued right from the start. Throughout the process, he was incredibly patient with our requests and multiple changes, always listening to our needs and offering thoughtful suggestions.

Anil designed our kitchen beautifully, with careful attention to every detail. He also walked us through the entire process step-by-step, which made everything clear and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend his services!

New bathroom & installation. Bathroom designer & store service was excellent. However then there were item missing from order/damaged. Installers showed poor workmanship, poor attitude etc. Issues with damaged bath panel, plug drains water from bath whilst in use, shower not working properly, wrong sized plug in sink (as missing from order), refused to replace removed floor divider between bathroom & hallway etc. etc. When spoke to wickes customer service told our fault as did not report whilst installers were still there (even though we were told not to use bath/shower for 24 hours after they left). Second customer service agent refused to send different installer out to sort out issues given our issues so we just have to live with these problems. So much for not paying until we are happy!

Place an order today for some insulation to be delivered surprise surprise they're going to deliver us to tomorrow which is wonderful we had a call from the store from a Harry Murray who explained there was only 6 in stock. He told us when the next lot would be in the store which was really helpful did a wonderful job most impressed with the service keep going Harry Murray

We were looked after by Anil @ the Wigston branch , such a lovely talented person , his patience was much appreciated, as I kept changing my mind on the design for the kitchen , I would highly recommend Anil to help and develop a plan for a new kitchen
