Wickes - Leamington Spa Anmeldelser

Wow David went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful.
He went out of his way to look for an item and then it was out of stock so found another option at a cheaper price for us. Then carried to the car.
Amazing member of staff so thank you. X

We got in touch with Wickes after hearing about their community scheme to see if they would be able to provide our school with some soil for a shelter project for the children.
Diane was more than happy to help with this and gifted us with 10 packs of soil with the promise of more should we need them. When we arrived at the store to pick these up, we were immediately greeted in such a friendly way.
With school budgets being very tight overall the last few years, this was such a lovely gesture from Wickes to help ensure children continue to have great resources in a school setting.

A big thank you to the Wickes team

Was great at Wicks today, Alicia was not only knowledgeable and helpful but went the extra mile in making it possible to get what I needed. Thanks Alicia!

I went yesterday .....

I love going to Wickes Leamington Spa...the offers are amazing ( who wouldn't want 10 Litres of Dulux White emulsion paint for £25 which is the same price as 5 Litres!)
The banter with the staff is great. Diane & Sarah were particularly helpful and friendly. Try Wickes for yourself.....

Fantastic service. Everyone happy to help
Thank you diane and sarah
From the tile buying man!

Excellent service from Sandra at Wickes kitchens in Leamington spa. Complete attention to detail, everything arrived exactly as ordered and fitted perfectly. Quartz worktop templating was done with exact precision and all fitted precisely. Really pleased with the finish result and with all the help that Sandra gave us.

Katie was wonderful in the planning of my new kitchen, attention to detail was second to none and she worked around my budget. I am extremely happy with my new Wickes kitchen, on the odd occasion I have had to call/email Katie, she was very prompt with her responses.
Highly recommend Katie/Wickes.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly service. I always find exactly what I need at a competitive price. I once complained about a product, there was no problem and everything was considered positively.
I definitely recommend Wickes.

Brilliant help with filler.

Had a problem with a Karcha attachment that broke in the gun. Diane, at Leamington, was awesome in helping resolve the problem. Very happy customer.

Diane- thanks for all your help.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Sarah-Jayne was really great from the start and the end result is exactly what we wanted.
Mark did a great job with the installation (helped by Connor) and the work was completed on time and to a very high standard,

The service was second to none. Cannot praise to highly of the help we had from Yvonne the lady that helped us.
A great experience.

I had a visit from Sarah-Jayne to quote for my bathroom. She was very helpful and made some great suggestions. I then visited the store to finalise the design and choose from the great range of products. A fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have visited your Leamington Spa store twice to purchase goods and on both occasions staff were very helpful and willing to help and find me products to purchase. Alex and James helped me at the till point and to find goods that weren’t on the shelves. Both members of staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. I was also impressed by the presentation of the store, very clean, tidy with large aisles making using a trolly easier. Thank you.

We were looking for plastic angle and a new assistant, who wasn’t too sure where these items were, passed us to Millie. She was brilliant - she took us to the stock, made sure we were buying the correct product for the job, then helped to select the right adhesive. Thank you Millie, you went more like the extra marathon compared to the extra mile - such great Customer Service - a rare commodity these days.

Diane in the Leamington branch was very helpful sorting out a problem and giving advice regarding the best product to use as a replacement.
The team are so friendly and helpful

worked with Katie from the Leamington Spa branch of Wickes. Our experience of working with Katie was excellent. She gave us the consultation at home, provided excellent insight into the installation and spent a great deal of time working to our design and budget. No pressure and always communicated on time. During installation we had a few challenges on delivered units but every time Katie addressed and sorted without a single challenge. Very highly recommended.
