Wickes - Huntingdon Anmeldelser

Came in at 7:30 pm still at work feeling tired and miserable, only there to pick up some bits for the following day obviously wicks had what I needed, but Lexi on the till made my day and I left with a spring in my step

Found what i needed, at a much better price than other places. Very good service from Lexi.

I was in store earlier today buying some sub base and the service was great. Unfortunately I lost my house keys, I came back later and asked one of the staff and he was very helpful and then Lexi found my keys and I appreciate it so much - shame I can’t give her more than 5 stars, she is a life saver.

Shannon was really helpful and efficient in store today. Very happy with the customer service

Friendly helpful staff, great of items at reasonable prices. Lexi was amazing.

Great customer service from start to finish!
Wiktoria made the design experience so easy!
Will be back for my bathroom

Ron was extremely helpful and constantly checked up on us to check if we were okay . Very helpful 👍👍👍

Always friendly helpful staff, great prices

We have had fantastic Customer service from Wickes for new Kitchens and Bathrooms. We have renovated 3 properties and used Wickes each time. Sarah was our designer and her attention to detail is second to none. She had some excellent ideas to utilise space and helped us choose high quality appliances, wall tiles and flooring too. She also coordinated the deliveries keeping us updated at all times. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Sarah at Wickes.

Fabulous work from Wiktoria on Bathroom Design and Consultation
Wiktoria at Wickes was the Design Consultant who helped co-ordinate our bathroom refurbishment design.
We found her to be professional, attentive, friendly, and very much on top of her facts; she answered all the questions my brother and myself put to her.
She also has excellent communication skills - both in person and via email, which led to the smooth planning of the project.
As we had a very short timescale for installation, we needed to use our own local installers.
Wiktoria did a great job in updating us, as necessary, regarding times of submissions for orders, so as to receive items in time for installation.
The bathroom design Wiktoria generated for us, was an accurate image of what we wanted the finished bathroom to look like.

Thank you Wiktoria for your excellent work on this project!

Paul and David.

Sarah was very efficient, helpful and patient while choosing and designing my new kitchen. I have used Wickes kitchens various times but I do feel the quality isn't as good as it has been in the past.

The in-store kitchen designer (Wictoria, Huntingdon store) was excellent. She took the time to discuss my needs and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. She helped every step of the way and seemed genuinely interested in getting the right kitchen for me, and she provided excellent customer service. The kitchen itself is well-made and really lovely. I opted for my builder to fit the kitchen rather than Wickes themselves, but my builder commented on the build quality, which he felt was very good.
My only slight niggle is that the customer service phone line needs to be much better. Although the staff I spoke to were friendly and answered my questions, it takes ages for calls to be picked up. You are left on hold for far too long (on average, 35mins+). Whilst they tell you that 'they are experiencing high call demand and apologise for the delay ', this seems like a permanent issue, and they really need to work on systems where calls are picked up much more quickly. Customers have to use this system to organise delivery, deal with issues, etc., and it's not a slick process because of the time you are left on hold. I did not have any major issues with my kitchen, just one missing part. This was sorted quickly once I finally got through to them. Wicktoria in-store was really helpful in contacting customer services for me several times so they could move the delivery dates, as I didn't have time to sit on hold for ages due to work commitments.

Visited Wickes in Huntingdon to get several different paints mixed. Freya was extremely helpful and professional and ensured that quite a complicated order was completed without a hitch. Very happy customer.

If you’re transforming your garden and aren't exactly sure what you want, this is the place to go.
A big shout-out to Gemma from the Huntingdon Wickes store—she really knows her stuff and knows how to help a customer.
She helped me choose the gravel color and handled the payment quickly and without any stress.
The whole visit took maybe 15 minutes.
I left very happy! I highly recommend it—Thank you

I was at the Huntingdon store today purchasing various building products. Your assistant Andy was very helpful in fact he went above and beyond what you would normally expect.

The staff at a the Huntingdon store are always helpful, many thanks to Alex and Shannon for helping with my queries, it’s great to see older hires helping out newer workers with knowledge and encouragement.

I decided I needed a new kitchen I looked in several different stores didn’t find anything I liked, We went to wickes very friendly staff kitchens beautiful, had an appointment with Sarah Jenkins she was very professional and very helpful she measured up my old kitchen explained everything in detail, then we went to see her in store to see the kitchen Sarah had designed for us didn’t have to change a thing absolutely perfect, Sarah was not pushy she is very professional felt very comfortable with her, thank you Sarah looking forward to having it fitted Carole

Jessie was outstanding very knowledgeable and a professional and very helpful thank you

The whole experience of planning and fitting our new kitchen was made so much easier by having Wiktoria help us with the planning process, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient helping us get things right. Our fitter Simon and his extended team were excellent. Again nothing was too much trouble and to see our new kitchen evolve was a good experience!
