Ordered a bathroom mirror. The delivery department weren’t able to get it to me very quickly but Gareth has been beyond helpful in assisting me the fixing measurements which I will need for the installer ahead of its arrival. He is friendly, creative and goes the extra mile to help in whatever way he can. Thank you.

Wanted to write a review for my favourite man, Andrew. What a lovely man! He helped me when I needed to get wood and helped with my measurements I had badly drawn! He gave me guidance and great assistance when I was a bit stressed! He went the extra mile and even got me a trolley and screws, I couldn't have wished for a better and nicer man. Thank you Andrew! I will let you know how my project comes along when I'm next in on my next adventure!

All of the staff are so very helpful & knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Friendly & efficient. We had a grant through the Community Fund, and they made it so easy for us. Thank you everyone especially Paula!

Great for online orders, Wickes has kept my garden project moving forward with several reliable deliveries and reasonable prices. Wickes uses good local delivery companies which leave the likes of Evri and Yodel in their wake.

Staff are always willing to help despite always being so busy and not having many staff.

Gareth was really helpful and insightful with my kitchen planning and I would definitely recommend Wickes for anyone planning a kitchen. the options for low-cost kitchens where also of great quality so it fit the bill for my rental property while providing style.

On Thursday evening and my local store Haverfordwest, got back to me the very next day. We asked if paint could be donated to our schools to paint the Youth Room there as it needs some TLC. Paula said we could have coloured paint and white paint. We have plenty. She was lovely. It’s really going to make a difference to the children I work with and we are so delighted. Thank you so much.

Disgusting customer service. Bathroom renovation: toilet and mirror issues for over 2 months, and still no resolution in sight. I can see us having to pay for someone else to come out and fix this, even though the bathroom is still under warranty. Everyone keeps saying sorry, but yet 2 months in and no one has been out. Wickes keep asking for videos and photos and we are still non the wiser.

Please avoid using Wicks. Truly disappointed.

Informative and friendly meeting with Alice at Wickes’ Haverfordwest store yesterday. Following a site visit she designed a replacement shower room for me with great attention to detail and choices. Alice listens to her clients. Highly recommend her to you for all bathroom advice.

Kitchen designed by Gareth in Haverfordwest design department. He couldn’t have been more helpful and we weren’t the easiest customers, kept changing our mind and always in a rush. Gareth was brilliant, suggesting things that we hadn’t even contemplated. Kitchen now fitted and looks amazing. This is the third project we have done with Wickes and can’t fault them. Would 100% recommend.

We had a donation from Wickes Community Programme of two De Walt batteries for which we are very grateful. These batteries will help power our charity projects.

We are Milford Haven Men's Shed based at Milford Haven Railway Station car park. We help the local community and are always seeking help from local companies and Wickes came to our aid.

We were after Kiln dried sand, but were undecided on the type required. However a very helpful and informative Terry came along and offered excellent advice and also went the extra mile. This chap is an asset to the Haverfordwest store and couldn't help us enough 😀😀😀

Gareth visited our home to measure for our new kitchen, and advice us on what we couldhave and could not have. After a long wait on our side we decided to go with Wicks. Gareth was a great help with all the changes that we made to the kitchen units, doors and worktops.

Alice Holmes visited my property and went through options for a new bathroom suite and a new kitchen. She was very personable and friendly. There was no pushy sales technique and she let me decide if I wanted to go ahead....I did and visited the store to see Alice's ideas and to select exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with both my orders and Alice played a great part in bringing my products to life. Thank you for your invaluable help and advice. I recommend this service to any potential buyers.
