Great service by Jamie
Great service by Jamie. Very quick to locate my click and collect item. Also dealt with a warranty claim on a Wickes power tool very efficiently.
I recommend Wickes. Jamie is an excellent sales person.

Excellent staff went over and above to help us with tiles for our kitchen floor. I have never had a bad experience in this store, and have been using it since they moved from Alexandra Dock years ago.

Emily was so helpful and knowledgeable
Emily was so helpful and knowledgeable, even going out of her way to get a trolley for us.
We had to take some items back and Emily refunded these and provided the items we wanted without quibbling and discussed with us our requirements.

Part of the local community
Jamie and Lee from Wickes have been fantastic in supporting the West Marsh Community Centre's after-school woodworking classes. They've provided both tools and expert advice, showing incredible dedication and enthusiasm. Their commitment to being part of the local community has been truly brilliant.

Super customer service.
One staff member called Yvonne, at the Grimsby store, went above & beyond for us during our resent visit. She was so helpful, intact she could have done more. I feel like she definitely needs some recognition for her impeccable customer service.

Fantastic service
It is so wonderful to find a store like Wickes of Grimsby. The store staff like Jamie who went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase, including arranging the delivery. On the morning of the delivery Jamie called to say Darren the delivery driver was on his way.
Darren was fantastic, he place my order safely in my garage, I didn’t have a thing to worry about.
With such a great experience when I have to purchase large items for any of my major home improvements I will be going to Wickes. My big thanks to both Jamie and Darren.

I had to have a second installer out because the first one had done an extremely poor job in installing my new bathroom. Adam and Kyle were absolutely amazing the best ever they was professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for sorting out my bathroom so I can actually use it

Great experience
Great experience, just bought a Kitchen for a refurb project. The team at Wickes Grimsby (Chris and Jamie) put together a great design option at a great price and really went out of there way to help me. I look forward to using Wickes again whilst completing this refurb project.
