Great, customer service. Always happy to help. Paisley in Epsom is polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

I received excellent customer service from Paisley this morning. She was very professional and polite.

Paisley is always smiling and happy to help!

Just been into Epsom Wickes and bought sharp sand & gravel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I asked about other products and was so helpful doing product search and availability.
But must say Paisley is so helpful and friendly. Plus goes above and beyond

Today I got served by a lovely girl by the name Paisley
quality products

Paisley pointed me in direction of curtain pole that i required. Helpful chatty and smiley ☺️.

We haven't actually bought the new bathroom but seems likely to go ahead as our advisor had much superior knowledge and dealt with us in a way that showed a higher quality and range of product.
We got on so well with 'Nadir' that we felt really comfortable and listened to with a professionalism and some light humour to make it a very worth while experience.
He should be very proud of his service and attitude and hopefully is recognised by your company and management team.

Fantastic kitchen and value. Salesman nadir was not only a great salesman but also a brilliant person. Helped us endlessly.

A visit to Wicks Epsom to return my unused items and get a refund.
Paisley was very helpful, friendly and efficient in dealing with my refunds.
Can’t praise her enough. As this is my local store I have visited on multiple occasions and each time met with a smile and fantastic customer service.
A real credit to the store.

I recently attended a planning meeting with Nadir at Wickes, Epsom. He was very organised, listened carefully to my wishes and guided with great knowledge to create a fantastic plan. It’s been a delight to plan my new kitchen with Wickes and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We ordered a new kitchen from Wickes in Epsom. From start to finish, the whole process has been so easy and professionally done through Hayleigh Love. Hayleigh came to measure up, ordered the kitchen, dealt with queries and replaced various items. I could not recommend using Wickes highly enough.

We came to the store in Epsom to get our kitchen and Nadir helped us plan and design it. He was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable can't thank him enough

Young lady on the till was very helpful when I purchased 3 heavy bags of chip bark, I asked for help to load the bags into my car as I've had a double hernia operation, no one was available so the young lady who's name is Paisley loaded them for me, fabulous service, thank you Paisley.

We approached Wickes for a new bathroom and had absolutely no idea what we wanted as neither of us are design minded. We were quickly put in touch with Nadir who visited our house and immediately suggested ideas for remodelling our bathroom which we hadn't even considered before. This revolutionised our bathroom space in a way we hadn't thought of! He then sat with us (very patiently) through two, two hour sessions where we were talked through what our bathroom would look like and shown renderings. Nadir was so helpful, providing us with his honest view on various products and stylings which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond and his help is so appreciated!!!! Thank you Nadir!!!

Paisley was very polite and helpfull
