Always glad to have visited this store. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the store is immaculate and generally well stocked with what I need. Most recently was helped out by David who did a great job with advice and banter.

Dunfermline Wickes
I regularly use the relatively new Dunfermline Wickes for all my DIY and home improvements. Their own brand products are both good value and good quality. David in particular is always incredibly helpful in every send of the word. So far I've put down new flooring, painted some rooms, stripped wallpaper, stained sleepers, and I've still more to do. Wickes is ace.

Great Customer Service
I went to get some wood paint, with little knowledge last night. Nikki was fantastically helpful and guuded me through choosing the right type of paint I needed. Both her and David were great help and very personable and friendly. Far better experience than elsewhere. Will definetly be back.

Very pleased that Wickes opened in Dunfermline. Good range, and for the most part reasonably priced. Nikki was very helpful on my last visit here - almost like a personal shopper. Most important to me: friendly service, and they have the stuff in stock that I need at the time.

Dunfermline branch. Outstandingly good staff. Staff members Nikki, Shell and Deej amongst others should be congratulated on their knowledgeable, cheerful and professional attitude. David helped us a lot during our visit. He advised us on underlay for our laminate flooring. He also helped us to mix paint to the colour we wanted. He also offered us advise on plastering walls. He was extremly helpful and also had great conversational skills!

First Class Service - Wickes Dunfermline
On a first visit to the Wickes Dunfermline store – the experience was great, staff were available on the shop floor to get help, when needed – Nikki helped find the stock I was looking for and later was super helpful, when I had an issue with my receipt – nothing was too much trouble and she quickly sorted the issue, many thanks.
The store was well presented and had good stock levels for the items I needed – I would definitely recommend the store at Dunfermline along with its friendly and helpful team.

Great service and advice from Marius in Dunfermline
My husband and I were impressed by the choice of bathroom options at Wickes, but as new customers, we were nervous about whether we would get good service. However, we saw that Marius Raaths, one of the designers in the Dunfermline store, had received some great reviews, so we made an appointment to visit him. This was a good decision! He came to measure our bathroom and understand what we wanted; put together a very thoughtful design; worked with us to refine it further as we discussed all of the possible options; and supported us, with very honest and practical advice, as we worked out how to proceed. He was flexible, pragmatic and understanding throughout the entire process, and gave us a really clear understanding of what to expect now that we've placed our order. We felt in very safe hands and we would certainly recommend him to others!

Excellent service
Excellent service from Balvinder Jassal in Dunfermline store when ordering a kitchen and bathroom. Everything dealt with quickly. Nothing was an issue for him at all. Very helpful and more than happy to change things along the way. Extremely pleasant every time we visited the store and made good suggestions to help choose goods/accessories etc. Also helped to choose tiles, flooring, doors etc.

New kitchen
We used Wickes to replace our kitchen and honestly had a great experience from start to finish, from the design phase right through to installation. Balvinder was brilliant, he talked us through all the design and product options, helped us figure out what would work best in the space and really took our needs and budget into account, all while being genuinely friendly and approachable.
Communication was great throughout, and I can’t fault the fitters they used either — they were excellent. We’d absolutely use Wickes again.
