Customer experience
I had a great experience at the Canning Town branch thanks to Oliur. He assisted me in my shop and was extremely patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered helpful advice on what I should do, and made some excellent recommendations that really made a difference.
Oliur was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend the Canning Town branch based on the high level of service I received.

Really friendly and helpful staff, A1 customer service
I needed Ad blue which was showing as available online, and a helpful colleague (Olly) helped me find it pretty quickly. Also got served by Alex who gave me some help with getting a trade pro card too. Pretty good and quick service.

I had a really good experience at Wickes (Canning Town). The customer service assistant Akib at the till and the manager Oliur were really helpful. The store was nice and tidy and they were ready to help and their behaviour was engaging and supportive. I will highly recommend this branch.

Amazing and helpful staff.
We had ordered the incorrect size garden slabs so had to cancel our order. Dan and Olly were absolutely amazing with their customer service! Our order was cancelled and a reorder was made without any hassle. Dan suggested signing up for an account which we did and got a discount! Dan's the man! So calm, polite znd professional. We will be returning.
