Absolutely 💯 fantastic wickes are, ordered my gravel arrived on time. I would recommend anyone who gravel & sand.

Bought a kitchen and everything has been superb. Aimee did a great job designing the kitchen and me and my partner absolutely love the finished product. We were listened to thoroughly and our idea was brought to life. Thank you!

Having purchased & booked a full kitchen & dry fit through Wickes I've been left reeling, after our fitter cancelled on us on the day of the fit. I am extremely disappointed with Wickes being unable to find an alternative fitter until Oct - we've already been without a kitchen for 3 weeks! Despite multiple phone calls by myself to Wickes, I've felt unsupported and frustrated at having to chase to resolve my issue.

We've now taken the decision to find our own fitter, in the hope they can start asap!

The lack of urgency from Wickes has been shocking. I had asked to speak with the Area Installation Manager and was completely ignored.

This experience has left me frustrated and distressed. Not only are we without a kitchen, we also have no living room space as the new kitchen is stacked high in boxes in that room! I expected much better from a company of this reputation. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and look improve their service standards and contingencies for when things do go wrong!

I’m a regular customer of Wickes in Bury, doing loads of small jobs. I had a couple of returns to make, and some other products to buy but couldn’t lay my hands on one of the receipts. The manager, Rob couldn’t be any more helpful and managed to sort it all out for me with minimal fuss. I always get great service in this store

Never buy a kitchen from this company. The design team and the kitchen fitters were great. They were really helpful when, 6 months later, all my cupboard doors expanded and wouldn't close (Tiverton Range). However, the customer service team are appalling. It is now 18 months after it was fitted and I still haven't had my fridge cupboard door replaced and nobody will take responsibility for it. The staff in the Bury store (different from the team I bought it from) are rude and very unhelpful. Do not use these people.

My son purchased a kitchen from Wickes Bury Lancs in Oct 2023. Fitting commenced 23 Nov and work stopped on 27 Nov. They still have an unfinished kitchen. The matter was referred to Customers Service in Jan 2024 and they still haven't been able to provide a fitter to finish the kitchen. Unaswered Phone calls to the Customers services team have been made on 5 out of the last 6 working days and messages left. The last 4 emails have not even en been acknowledged. This is disgraceful.
