Macheala Slatter designed our Kitchen for us, she extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I was able to buy the flooring and underlay without issue. Floor level plinth lighting was a little more difficult. Wicks employee Neve however looked online for me and found what I was looking for. Very helpful service.

We went to the Aylesbury branch and asked Nathan a staff member if he could help us to work out how much loft insulation we needed
. Nathan was so very helpful he worked out the quantity that was needed, plus showed us where something else was that we could not find. He was so knowledgeable about the products, he did it all with a great attitude and a smile. Nathan then loaded it all into my car, he is a credit to your Company if only every Company had a Nathan it would make shopping a lot easier. Thank you Nathan

We had a bathroom design home visit from Martin and followed that up with an instore visit to see what he had designed for us, I found him to be professional and courteous with a great knowledge of design and fitting. Martin didn't push me to order the most expensive items, he selected items he thought I would like and he was spot on! Martin is well experienced, friendly and has a great knowledge of the products and processes. He is honest with the prices to expect and helpful throughout.
We have had a great experience so far, just waiting for the fitting process to begin.

After feeling quite overwhelmed with Kitchen choices, I made an appointment with Katrina in the design team. From then onwards, my experience was great! Katrina was so helpful, approachable and made no request seem too much hassle. Her advice and experience really helped me with my choices and I'm very happy with the results.

The designer, Machaela, was extremely helpful and patient in helping me select a new bathroom. Very competent and knowledgeable about the products.

Chloe was absolutely a star helping me with our community project- She was very helpful and supportive Thank you for great customer service!

Great customer service received from Dave on the help desk. Took me to required products and gave good advice. Searched warehouse for batch related product and brought them out for me to purchase. Staff have been knowledgeable and friendly on all visits......

We had a really good appointment with Martin and look forward to seeing the design he has worked out for us. He is a very friendly, professional man who put us at ease immediately. We explained what we needed and what we could afford and feel confident that he took all that into consideration.

Over the weekend I came to Wickes in Aylesbury town centre for a few items required to decorate my bedroom. Not really knowing 100% what I needed, I approached a lovely young lady by the name of Jody, not only was she exceptionally friendly and approachable but really knowledgeable and assisted me in finding the correct paint products that I needed to start the job when I got home. Thanks for all your help Jody, I really appreciate it.

Excellent service by Wickes. Went in with ideas for a new kitchen. Katrina was so helpful. Helped design the layout. Showed examples of ovens, worktops, sinks, taps etc. Easy to order. And she called, as promised, the next day to confirm delivery dates, with confirmation of times to follow. Brilliant service by all staff involved. Highly recommend.

I had my kitchen designed and fitted through Wickes approximately 5 years ago and had a great experience. So it was a no-brainer to try them again when I couldn't stand my bathroom any longer. My designer was Chloe Folds at the Aylesbury store. She listened to my requirements and understood them completely. I am quite particular and my bathroom is very small and a little bit awkward. I loved her design and she made the whole process easy. She was always on the end of an email if I needed help and has continually gone above and beyond. The builders contracted in were amazing, 10/10 and my new bathroom is scrumptious. I am delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend completely. Go to Chloe, she is phenomenal.

The customer service provided by Neve was above and beyond. I purchased several bags of top soil and, as my shoulder was injured, I needed help getting them on to the trolley and into my car. She didn't hesitate to offer her assistance and was kind and friendly throughout the process. She is a lovely member of staff.

Choosing Wickes comes with a warning - should you have any issues, following new Bathroom Installation, do not expect Wickes to fix/address/ respond/resolve, in a timely manner! We had Wickes full Bathroom Installation in April 2025, nothing but problems since, still waiting for Action from Wickes!! Wickes will respond saying a line of communication is open, which is correct, but keep going round in circles! Some of our queries have been sat with Wickes, to address/resolve/ investigate/action since April 2025! Since 6 September 2025, 10+ weeks and counting, we are unable to Shower in our new Bathroom (is our only Bathroom), awaiting action from Wickes, on this issue and others, some of which, have been sat with Wickes, since April 2025, following Installation!
ONLY GO WITH WICKES, IF YOU DO NOT MIND WAITING!!

Chloe the designer took into account everything my Mother wanted for her bathroom and was very positive and nice to work with, the deliveries and the work were organised very well and Voytek the plumber/builder was fantastic completing a quite difficult job in a small space. Well done Wickes.

John was dedicated to ensuring that our kitchen was exactly how we imagined it to be….and more. He went above and beyond, even working the weekends to ensure he stuck to the time schedule. He scheduled his team of tradesmen perfectly and communication throughout the process was exemplary. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their kitchen installation. I can’t imagine there is anyone better than John in the industry.

I had a wonderful experience when I last went to Wickes. I was looking around and needed some help and a lovely lady Millie came and helped me. I felt very comfortable and I found what I was looking for. Again Millie was extremely helpful and her customer service was excellent

Our design consultant, Macheala, was very good. She listened to our requirements and then helped us to choose beautiful bathware items that allowed to realise our vision.
