Wickes - Anerley Anmeldelser 

Momodou from the Wickes store in Anerley has been excellent. He is very friendly, supportive, understanding and approachable. He listened to our needs and designed a kitchen and two bathrooms for us.
Unfortunately, we didn't choose Wickes in the end because of the significant number of negative reviews about their after-sales customer service. However, Mo definitely stood out and provided amazing customer service at the beginning of our journey (pre-sales). I would definitely recommend working with him.

When I needed a new kitchen I decided to go with Wickes for two reasons. Firstly they are very local to me and I could pop in and out of the store and secondly they had a sale on!

From first contact with Sree, the Designer through to the installation by Sotir of ElecSot the company were thorough, professional and courteous. Sree went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything and took on board all my requests.

As with any installation there were hiccups along the way but at every stage Wickes were responsive and fixed the problem quickly. Now the installation is complete I am very happy with the kitchen and standard of workmanship. A special shout out to Sotir who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and his communication is excellent. Thanks everyone

The store manager Rob and his staff member Josh made the whole experience of buying a selection of gardening tools for a local community group a brilliant experience. Thank you so much for your time and help with this. A lovely local store with a really helpful and friendly staff.

I've had the initial visit and design consultation so far with Sree at Anerley. She was really excellent in every way. Gave good advice and was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable.

Having arrived fairly late on Saturday with a long list of items for a delivery.
I was assisted by the lovely Yassign.
Even when he could see me panicking due the store closing. He assured me that he would stay with me until my order was complete.. He was more than helpful and I left knowing my order would arrive on Tuesday.. I could not have wished for a better experience..

Val was very helpful find me what l need also l had to ask other staff they were very helpful on the shelf it was only 2 but l need to 6 they went and find it then put it my trolley well done keep up good work will definitely go back when ever l need anything from them

Excellent service from AFRIM who was not only polite but went out of his way to make sure i had the right products for fixing my roof. He is an asset to the store and the company. He makes every customer feel special with his attentive manner and service and patience. Thank you Afrim

Anne and Kay are fantastic. They provided excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Anne helped me with getting the tiles to the car. Given how good and tentative they are, I’ll definitely shop at Wickes again. Thank you!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICES BY DANIEL AT ANERLEY WICKES. HE LITERALLY JUST STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR HELP WITH A PRODUCT. HE DIDN'T LEFT UNTIL I FOUND THE RIGHT PRODUCTS. SPOT ON CUSTOMER SERVICES. CHEERS MATE

All staff are happy and always very helpful. We have been shopping in the Anerley store for years and this has not changed. Well done Wickes Anerley.

Fantastic service - Anna and team were great!

I recently bought a shed but was worried whether it would fit into my car. Staff member Afrim was so helpful and patient taking the shed to my car and measuring it to see if it would fit. He then assisted me as we put the shed into my car and thanks to his support it fit. Afrim was very thoughtful ensuring that I had space to drive and that my window was clear , making sure that I could drive home safely. Much appreciated and Great customer service.

I visited Wickes in Anerley as Homebase had closed permanently. Was greeted by a young man called Damien. Well what an asset to Wickes. The most helpful, knowledgeable, kind young man that you could wish to meet. Two vulnerable women and he wasn’t at all intimidating but respectful and you can tell all the staff are happy. A fabulous store and a shout out for Afrim. The security guard and the lady on the till. Homebase going has made me a new customer to your store and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much.

I recently had my bathroom completely redone through Wickes and I am beyond happy with the outcome. I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted when I first went in for a consultation but our design consultant Momodou took the time to create a concept that we loved and that makes our bathroom look so much bigger than it had looked before. I was also very happy with the instillation which was done with so much care and precision. Overall I am very happy with my experience and would have work done through Wickes again.

We designed our kitchen with Sree in the Anerley store in just one appointment after a long search for our kitchen and disappointing consultations with other kitchen suppliers. Sree is professional, friendly and very efficient at designing your kitchen to your space requirements. She is clearly very experienced and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a stress free kitchen experience. She takes all the hard work out of the process so you can focus on the nice things like choosing materials. The design appointment doesn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. We were able to take away our quote to review everything / make changes before making a decision.

Wickes is very competitive on cost and the appliances are good value compared to buying separately. You also have the option to install with Wickes or use your own build team.

Our designer Sree has also been very responsive to any questions ahead of our kitchen delivery. The delivery was seamless, on time, and very efficient by two friendly delivery drivers.

We also have been communicating with the worktop supplier team who have been great at organising a date for the templating. 10/10 experience.

Anna was amazing, lighthearted and full of jokes. I loved my experience here because of her and she made it so much better! Val was also great he was kind and made sure we got the most out of our refund and purchases. Together they made our time shopping at the store 10x better! I would love to see them again the next time I visit the store.
