Nice but pricey
Been shopping here over 20 years. 404 bottoms with the center seam are our favorite but products are pricey. Would love it if they came in cheeky bottoms too though and not just a g-string thong.

Bought an awesome bikini
Bought an awesome bikini, but found the top was too small. Contacted customer service to organise a return of the item. The whole exchange process was effortless and they offered a refund instead of store credit which was welcomed. I highly recommend WW, they have an awesome selection of bikinis and great customer service. You won’t be disappointed! 😃

You customer service is terrible.
You customer service is terrible.
You could have told me that you wouldn't refund my money and I would have been OK with it, but for you to "Escalate" to your design department for further instructions is ridiculous. Customer service should be empowered to service customers and not escalate to your design department for guidance.

Dear Sharon,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies if your recent experience with us didn't meet your expectations.
Upon reviewing our communication history, it appears that your initial contact regarding a fabric fault with your WW set was received on 26 November. We responded promptly within a few hours, expressing regret for the inconvenience and offering our complete assistance. In accordance with our standard protocol, we requested visual documentation of the reported issue to better understand and address the matter effectively.
Your response on 27 November detailed the problem but did not include the requested images. In our subsequent communication, we reiterated the importance of the images for a thorough assessment, explaining their integral role in our resolution process. Later that day, we received the images from your end.
Our team responded courteously on 28 November, acknowledging receipt of the images and confirming the commencement of an investigation into the reported issue. We assured you of our commitment to promptly provide a resolution. On 29 November, we processed a full refund, as requested, and additionally extended a courtesy store credit as a gesture of apology.
Considering this timeline, I note that the matter was effectively addressed within three business days, despite a slight delay in receiving the initially requested images, which falls well within our established service standards.
We value your support and remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please feel free to reply directly in our email thread if you require any further assistance or have additional concerns.
Thank you for your understanding and again for your support of WW.
Kind Regards,
Claudia

Helpful service, great quality products
I contacted support for getting the free gift-with-purchase after their black friday sale had gone live - I had technically missed the opening of the sale by a few hours. Support was helpful and manually added the free gift with purchase to my order. The quality of the items is great and I've enjoyed everything I've gotten.
