Dear Robert,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent purchase of a bikini for your wife. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience you may have experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Firstly, I want to express our gratitude for your positive comments on the ordering experience and delivery time. We strive to provide efficient and seamless service, and it's heartening to hear that we met your expectations in these areas.

However, we are genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with the quality of the bikini material and the sizing discrepancies. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them seriously.

Regarding the material, while we acknowledge your valued feedback, we're proud to say that Wicked Weasel’s reputation for high-quality products is second to none. Your garments are manufactured to exact standards using the latest equipment and the best-quality fabrics and threads. Each item is checked for faults and individually packed in one-use clear plastic bags by our meticulous Quality Control Team. I'm very sorry if on this occasion we haven't met your expectations.

We also understand that choosing the right size can be a bit tricky, especially because the two bottoms you ordered are different styles, but please know that you can not only refer to our size chart (https://www.wickedweasel.com/en-us/size-and-style), but also get in touch with us 24/7 for more personalised recommendations.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make things right for you. I’ve reached out to you directly via email about this and I would encourage you to always feel free to contact us via live chat, via our support telephone numbers listed below, or at support@wickedweasel.com.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, we appreciate it.

Dear Holger,

I want to express my sincere appreciation for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience as a European customer. Your concerns hold great significance for us, and I deeply regret that your experience did not align with your expectations.

I understand your frustration with the current return policy, and we want to ensure that you are aware, in line with our Returns And Exchanges Policy about the following:

Return Expenses: It's important to note that, as per our return policy, the responsibility for covering the return shipping cost rests with the customer. Our policy specifies that customers in the US and AU can purchase a return label directly, while for all other countries, you have the option to choose a carrier of your preference and send your trackable return to our Australia Return Address.

Refunds in the Form of Credit: I acknowledge that receiving a refund solely in the form of store credit may not be your preferred choice. However, please be aware that we can issue a refund for returned items only under specific circumstances, such as when the item you received is defective or if you placed a quick exchange order as a replacement for your return.

Return Rejection Costs: Upon review, it appears that one of the items you returned was marked or not sent in its original condition, rendering it ineligible for return. In cases of ineligible returns, we regret that we are unable to resell the item, and it must be disposed of. Nevertheless, we have provided you with the option to have it sent back to you at your expense, as repackaging and shipping fees are required.

These details are not only prominently featured on our website but are also included in our responses to return inquiries. You can find further information in our Returns and Exchanges Policy here: https://www.wickedweasel.com/en-ie/returns-and-exchanges .

We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Be assured, that your feedback is instrumental in driving the improvements needed to ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.

I’ve reached out to you directly via email about this and I would encourage you to always feel free to contact us via live chat, via our support telephone numbers listed below, or at support@wickedweasel.com.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, we appreciate it.
