Great Selection; Suboptimal Support
Good selection; appreciate all the constant offers/discounts/free shipping. However, in order to get free Microminimus access, I have to have a single order of over $150 for 6 months or over $250 for a year....even though most of my purchases are less than this amount...but I spend over $1000 a year on WW! Support was of no help--they can't even look up my past orders or know how much I've spent in a year. This really should change.

Hi Paul,
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us! We truly appreciate your loyalty and the feedback regarding our Microminimus access requirements.
I did try searching for recent correspondence regarding an MM inquiry but since your email is not included in the feedback, I had very limited information to work with. I was hoping I could review your previous correspondence so I can further assist you regarding the matter.
I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re just a bit short of the qualifying amounts, especially given your supposed overall spending with us. I hope you understand however, that the qualifying amount is per single order, and not the overall total in a year's span. In saying that, your insights about this issue are incredibly valuable, and I will definitely pass your feedback along to our MM team for consideration. We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer experience, and your suggestions will help us in that regard.
In the meantime, if you have any other questions or need assistance with your account, please don't hesitate to reach out via support@wickedweasel.com. We’re here to help!
Thank you again for being such a valued customer!
Best regards,
Ronald

Wicked Weasel knows what it's about
Wicked Weasel knows what it's about: sexy swimwear, lingerie, and other apparel, always pushing the boundaries. It's not cheap, but making durable clothing out of sheer fabrics is never going to be. The fit and designs are always on point, offering a range of revealing from a little naughty to getting arrested in the wrong setting. (Save the latter for the right setting!)
I always feel sexy in WW, whether it's in public, in private for a special someone, or under my clothing just for myself.
Delivery took nearly two weeks, but this shipment came from Australia to the US during the holiday season so that was expected. Many WW products are shipped from US stock, including some of my past orders; those arrive much more quickly.

Frustrating Purchase Due to Delivery Issues
I made three orders in November and have not received anything to date.
First Order:
Since I live in Canada and understand that shipping from Australia to Canada may take time, I reached out to customer service to ask if the products were available in their US warehouse. This way, delivery could be made on time. I explained that it was time-sensitive. The representative asked me to pay for express delivery, and I agreed. However, I still haven’t received anything.
Second and Third Orders:
One order was labeled on November 20, and the other on November 25, 5 and 10 days, respectively, after the Canada Post strike began. I repeatedly asked why they chose a company that was on strike to handle all the deliveries, but their response was, "We don’t know, and we can’t do anything about it."
They continue to act as if it’s not their fault for choosing a delivery company that wasn’t even operational.
Conclusion:
I missed a birthday and Christmas because of this, and I still have no idea when I will receive my orders. If you plan to buy anything from them, make sure to order six months in advance. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delays with them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.🙏
We sincerely apologize for the delays you've encountered with your orders and for the frustration caused. We fully understand how disappointing it must be to miss important occasions like birthdays and Christmas due to shipping issues.
Regarding your first order, we regret that despite your understanding of potential shipping delays, the express delivery option did not meet your expectations. We recognize the importance of timely deliveries, especially for time-sensitive items, and we're sorry we fell short on that promise.
For the second and third orders, we completely understand your frustration with the Canada Post strike. We were not made aware of the strike by our carriers right away, but only when they stopped forwarding all packages to Canada. Unfortunately, this was after your orders had already been dispatched.
We acknowledge that this situation created unexpected challenges and we should have communicated more clearly about the circumstances.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand that these delays have had a significant impact on your experience. Please know that we are actively working to improve our processes and delivery times to prevent similar situations going forward.
We would like to make things right for you which is why we have personally reached out to you to gain a deeper understanding of your perspective and concerns, so that we can work toward a resolution that meets your satisfaction.
We would encourage you to always feel free to contact us via live chat, via our support telephone numbers listed below, or at support@wickedweasel.com.
Your feedback is of utmost importance to us, so thank you again for your review.
Thank you, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble navigating our website!
Our current website has served us incredibly well, helping us establish a strong online presence and connect with our audience in meaningful ways. It has been instrumental in our growth, allowing us to showcase our offerings and engage with customers.
I see that you recently reached out to our support team via live chat to clarify whether our products could be purchased individually, and that my colleague, Ronald, provided prompt assistance to address the confusion.
Our product page aims to indicate that items are available for individual purchase, unless specifically advertised as part of a pack. However, we understand there may have been some misunderstanding, and we would like to reassure you that individual purchases are always an option.
All of the feedback we receive is being channeled to the Development Team for their consideration as they work to build an improved wickedweasel.com. Rest assured we're continuously working on providing fresh design, enhanced functionality, and an even more seamless user experience, reflecting the evolution of our brand.
We appreciate your continued support and can assist with any purchases, should you have the same issues, so please don't hesitate to contact us direct.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, we appreciate it.

Dear Marc,
Thank you for your review of Wicked Weasel. I’m very sorry to hear that in this case we have not met our high standards, especially as this is a gift order.
Our records show that your order was placed on 29/11/24 and was timely dispatched on 2/12/24. Tracking indicates it was marked delivered to your front door/porch on 7/12/24, which is well within our advertised delivery timeframe.
You reached out to us via Live Chat on 8/12/24 regarding the delivery issue and a post investigation was immediately lodged to the carrier. While our carrier was investigating, we only suggested to check with your neighbors or have a look around, to see if the package was delivered nearby as sometimes, neighbors might accidentally receive it. We also suggested to contact your local postal service with your tracking ID, as they're generally able to provide more local and detailed information on the status of the shipment.
We hope you understand that it's essential for us as a business to adhere to these procedures in cases of disputed deliveries as in the past, we've encountered situations where customers claimed non-receipt of their orders, only to later discover they had indeed received them, sometimes resulting in refunds or reshipments from our end.
We appreciate you letting us know via email that the package was eventually located and retrieved. Please know that in the future, signature upon receipt and Proof of Delivery can be always requested for Standard deliveries before we ship out orders.
I’ve reached out to you directly via email about this and I would encourage you to always feel free to contact us via live chat, via our support telephone numbers listed below, or at support@wickedweasel.com.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, we appreciate it.

Hot lingerie for my good friend
I got a free (except for shipping) thong for my friend when I entered the current contest. When she got it, she wondered if there was a bra to go with it, and sure enough, there was! So I ordered it, and she got it in time for us to do a photo shoot of her wearing the lingerie, and also a mesh dress I had bought her during the (American) summer.
There is a gallery in the lingerie and one in the mesh dress on the Microminimus site, and three pics of her in both the lingerie and the dress on Instagram.
They all looked great on her, and she was happy - and if she's happy, I'm happy! So thanks to WW for getting the goods delivered efficiently and in a timely way.
Fritz
P.S. I should mention that earlier this summer, I wanted to get a megamesh dress that someone else had referred me to, and that my friend said she would like. The WW site said it was out of stock, but I could write - so I did, and the staff tracked down a remaining dress in the US warehouse. Since I wanted it shipped to the US, that was perfect.... Soon it was on its way, and received, and tried on, and ... sexy as hell. See note above re Microminimus gallery and Instagram pics showing how lovely it is.
