They used to be awesome but the quality now is rubbish. The styles became woke and now they are just a k-mart underwear company. They have left room in the market for someone else that’s for sure

Loyal Customers
Our first purchase of a bikini a few years ago. We made a size error and needed to return.
Not only did customer service email me instructions quickly, they actually gave me a little credit. Credit in a mistake I made.
We are forever loyal WW customers based on cuteness, quality and their care for their customers. Thank you !

Great Products and Great Value
The product offerings are great, the checkout was easy, and I love the products. The quality of construction of the products are great, the designs are very sexy, and the materials are great! I especially like the sheer vision and bare vision products. I had to call customer service once to clarify something, and I was connected with little wait to an English speaking person, and the issue was resolved instantly.

To be honest….
To be honest, the quality of the bikinis has gone down a lot over the years and for the $750 or so that I spent I really should’ve received more fabric than just a tiny bag of flimsy near falling apart or breaking bikinis and so on.

Dear HansDa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take concerns like yours seriously.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience regarding the quality, pricing, returns and our customer service. Please allow us to discuss the issues you mentioned:
1. Wicked Weasel’s reputation for high quality products is second to none. Your garments are manufactured to exact standards using the latest equipment and the best quality fabrics and threads. Also, our pricing remains well under our competitors, not only in comparable product pricing, but also in shipping charges that our customers pay.
2. We acknowledged that our no refund policy has created an inconvenience and confusion for you.
As you can notice on our Returns policy, if you choose the quick exchange option, once we receive the item/s, we will refund them and the shipping fee on your quick exchange order.
For reference: https://www.wickedweasel.com/en-au/returns-and-exchanges
This means that we still have a refund policy as long as the customers are processing a Quick Exchange which is equivalent to the amount of their returns and meet the requirements (returns should be in good condition with tags attached).
3. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we definitely want to assist you with this and I would encourage you to please feel free to contact us via live chat, via our support telephone numbers listed below, or at support@wickedweasel.com.
We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to address your concerns.

Dear Stuart,
Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry for any confusion regarding your order. I understand how this situation may have been frustrating, and I’d like to provide some clarification.
After reviewing it, we found that only the bikini top was purchased, not the matching bikini bottom.
You can also check the order total which is 79.95 AUD (70 AUD for the top and 9.95 AUD for the standard shipping fee).
We completely understand how this might have been an oversight, and we’d love to help! If you were looking to purchase the matching bottom, we’d be happy to assist with that.
I’ve reached out to you directly via email about this and I would encourage you to always feel free to contact us via live chat, via our support telephone numbers listed below, or at support@wickedweasel.com if you need assistance.
