I visited wholesale Domestic today with not much of a clue what I was looking for.
Andrea the sales advisor was so helpful with everything from shower enclosures
and wall panel choices.
There was no pushy sales pitch and it was a pleasure to talk with Andrea who helped me make decisions on everything.

Second time using- not disappointed
We recently had cause to visit Wholesale Domestic, Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh following our decision to refurb our bathroom. Very impressed with the layout of the showroom and noted it was spotless.
Aaron was on hand to assist and was more than useful in helping us with our selection of bath, taps,
wall panels, floor tiles etc.
He was extremely polite, respectful as well as knowledgeable, happy to answer our numerous questions patiently and informatively.
This is the second time we have used this company within the last 6 months. Our previous experience was just as pleasing so no drop in customer service.

Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms did not disappoint! I was speaking to an colleague about a high quote I was given in Fife and she recommended going, telling me about her savings. A lady called Linda asked to help us and she was absolutely brilliant, she worked at our pace as we told her what we wanted and the price was considerably cheaper than the local company who gave us our original quote.

Beware kerbside delivery
Happy with the online ordering process, speed of delivery and products I received. However, the website states that if you spend over £500 you qualify for free delivery. Kerbside delivery. This is the first time I've come across this and I was not impressed.
Firstly I had no idea when the delivery was happening but received a text at 10am saying my order would arrive between 8am - 6pm. I got a call from the delivery driver at around 11am to say he was on his way and I explained that I'm on the 2nd floor. He said he may need some help with the delivery so I offered to come down when he buzzed. He did buzz my door at 1140 but when I got down the stairs I found a wooden pallet with several very large and heavy boxes and the delivery van disappearing down my drive. He hadn't even waited to make sure it was the right address and that I was there to receive it. I then had to enlist the help of my neighbours to get the stuff up to my flat as there was no way I'd have been able to lift the boxes on my own. And I was then left with a large wooden pallet to dispose of myself.
Very disappointing. If a company offers delivery then I would expect my order to be delivered to my home, not abandoned in the foyer.
So overall no issue at all with the products but the delivery process really let it down and would definitely give me pause before using this company again.

We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with our ordering process, delivery speed, and the products themselves. However, we’re very sorry to learn about your experience with the delivery, which clearly fell short of both your expectations and our standard.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive limited notice, an unclear time window, and then have your order left unattended without confirmation or assistance—especially given the size and weight of the items. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
While our standard delivery is kerbside, we appreciate that this may not always be clearly understood, and it’s evident in your case that both communication and execution from the delivery team were not acceptable. We are currently reviewing this with our logistics partners to ensure drivers allow sufficient time for customers to answer and to prevent deliveries being left without confirmation.
We also recognise the inconvenience caused by having to move the items yourself and dispose of the pallet, and we sincerely apologise for this.

Delivery time was as promised. Even when the panel ordered came damaged contacted them and it was replaced with no issues and on time.
Not my first time using domestic bathroom and l will come back again.
There service is good, staff are great,and they have lots of choices of item to choose. I highly recommend.

The process of ordering has been excellent. After ordering our whirlpool bath we realised that we had not ordered the panel, tap and bath trap needed alongside the original order. I spoke to Steve at the Aberdeen store and he was extremely helpful by email and over the phone. Steve was able to add the additional items to my original order so that they can arrive together. I am very happy with the professional service and how efficient the team are in managing orders.

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with all of the aqua panels I ordered came damaged. After a battle over the phone I was then informed id get a full refund. I then only received a partial refund…. Having to call once again for a rude customer service assistant to inform me that they won’t refund the amount for the trims “as these can be used”. But not actually comparable with other manufacturers specification's. All in all a terrible customer experience and I’d steer clear of in future as products and delivery were very poor quality indeed.
