The delivery hasn’t been great since Christmas, it used to be next day if you ordered before 12 but now it doesn’t arrive until the following day which can be really inconvenient.

Fantastic brand!
I had the pleasure of meeting some of the team at Yeovil tattoo fest last year, they helped me pick out my first rotary machine. (trained as coil girly, started in 2018). They were so friendly and helpful!
I’ve tired a few different brands for cartridges but none compare to Moth, effortlessly smooth, they make pulling lines like butter 100/10 recommend!!
Moth are the only cartridges I use now.

Happy with the service, customer service is always responsive, shipment always comes in full without missing items, amazing choice of delivery service (DPD) which is in itself a good reason to shop with WBJ. The website is clean and helpful. And you get a little surprise from WBJ with your orders sometimes which is a real treat.
Overall very happy, would rate 6/5 if possible

* Lack of choice in many general/ common jewellery options.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues with our website search and stock availability. These are areas we’re actively working on to make ordering quicker and more reliable.
Regarding delivery costs, our prices are displayed including VAT, which can sometimes make them appear higher compared to companies that show delivery excluding VAT.
We do offer automatic, year-round discounts on body jewellery for regular customers:
• Spend £200 – 5%
• Spend £500 – 10%
• Spend £1,000 – 15%
