I ordered two nose rings on May 7th and received them today (May 22nd). The emails I sent to chase this order up were responded to in good time and in a professional and apologetic manor. Whilst, I was slightly upset with the delay and misleading website notice, I was impressed by the helpful and considerate customer service. I was also compensated for the issues I encountered with a voucher. The items seem to be of high quality and are exactly as described.

First couple orders came through well but my third order has been frustrating. I ordered on 1st May, turns out they sell items they don’t have in stock and are waiting for a restock before my order can be completed. I’ve not been given any time frame for one I will receive my order. They are very slow at replying to emails.
UPDATE: they replied to email but failed answer what I had asked and instead offered me a larger diameter daith hoop then I had ordered. I’ve now requested a refund. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this company again

Very poor experience. Ordered on 3rd May. Had to chase after I heard nothing about dispatch despite the website stating that they aim to send items within 24 business hours (don't be fooled into thinking this is 24 hours, it's actually 3 days).
I've had patchy response to emails and found the best way to actually get any information is to message on Instagram.
I still haven't received my items 11 days after ordering and have been told that one pair of earrings are out of stock and will be sent within a vague timeframe. All in all this has been a very disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I had forgotten to add an item to my order and the customer service team were fantastic - super quick to reply and gave clear advice about how to sort my issue. Once I'd placed my (correct) order, the jewellery arrived very quickly and each item came in its own sealed, sanitised pack. The jewellery is really pretty and well made, easy to fit and secure. can’t explain how happy i am with this jewellery, i’ve been having problems with my eyebrow piercing for quite some time now. constantly getting irritation bumps that won’t budge despite buying jewellery from actual piercing shops, using multiple cleaning methods etc, nothing has worked. until i bought jewellery from here, the piercing even feels less irritated and the irritation bump has gone! eyebrow piercings are renowned for being a difficult one to heal since they are surface piercings , this jewellery has helped so much!! also had problems with my belly button piercing, i have consistently had moisture bumps on it for years and been in lots of pain but kept it in since it technically wasn’t rejecting. bought some jewellery from here for it , switched it and boom, once again the moisture bump is gone& irritation is gone!! if you are wanting to downsize or just change original jewellery i really recommend this shop. although proper piercing shops can have titanium jewellery, you don’t know if it’s as good of quality or implant grade. This shop has proved multiple times now that this is good quality stuff that really helps soothe your irritated piercings. Super quick delivery aswell on both occasions which is a mega plus. really really happy. Thank you!!

I bought a selection of nose studs for a variety of occasions and can honestly say that they are brilliant. I wanted some for work, and a couple for weekends and holidays and they are perfect. Excellent quality, quick delivery, and just generally all-round good jewellery. Plus it’s from a small business run by actual people so, although I didn’t have any need for customer service, I’m 99% certain if I did it would be just as painless and high quality.

I recently bought a nosering from this supplier and I inadvertently bought the wrong one. Although it did take a while for them to get back to me, with some chasing, they did eventually contact me to replace the ring for the one I'd meant to buy which was very kind of them.

Amazingly quick I bought a nose ring and maybe a day later it arrived.
Excellent quality and very reasonable for price.
Can't recommend highly enough, will definitely be buying my jewellery from there going forward!

Clasp mechanism would not open as it was far too small and barely even visible. Hugely disappointed.

Update: Customer service swiftly reached out to amend this issue. They were honest and helpful throughout.
