5* Experience all round. The host team were outstanding, friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way to make our stay amazing and were so kind to our baby as well.

The villas and the views are breathtaking. We loved spending time by the pool and on the balconies. The local beach is peaceful and beautiful and the local town/marina is full of great restaurants, bars and cafes.

Loved every minute!

Our stay at the accommodation in Lefkada was absolutely amazing! The villa offers a breathtaking sea view, and the private pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing in complete privacy.

We especially want to highlight the excellent concierge service. We received daily support with restaurant reservations and great recommendations for activities – always quick, easy, and very friendly. It truly made our stay more relaxed and special.

All in all, a fantastic experience – we will definitely be back!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Villa liegt wunderbar direkt am Meer mit eigenem Zugang. Der Pool ist wirklich zusätzlich ein toller Luxus. Der Aussenbereich ist super, auch viel Schatten. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Villa Sky, Syvota & cannot thank Emily and Christos enough from the concierge team, they were excellent. Unfortunately we had a bad start to the holiday where my daughter lost her passport, thanks to Christos, Steve & the team it was found the same day. Villa was superb & the view is breathtaking. Emily recommended a fantastic cake shop who specialises in birthday cakes & was delicious for my son’s 30th. Location is not for the light hearted going up the hills, but a beautiful walk if you didn’t want to drive. Visited Porto Katsiki beach not far from Villa which is a must - absolutely stunning! ☀️Thanks again, Jo & family x

We had the most wonderful time at the Zavia resort in Sivota. The staff was extremely nice and we felt so welcomed. The villa was fantastic, breakfast was excellent, and the pool and the sea view were the top of it all for us and for our children. We cannot wait to have the opportunity to come back

I couldn’t recommend Zavia Resort highly enough! Everything about our stay was perfect – from the stunning villa and sea view, amazing pool to the beautifully maintained grounds. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, the cleaners were lovely, and the breakfast team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Harris for a week. The Villa is amazing! Very modern and clean, with lots of outdoor space. The rep at “What’s On Greece” was brilliant. We had a slight issue with the pool and it was fixed in a matter of hours.
The drive way is very steep but it’s no problem if you have a car.
I would highly recommend this Villa and company to anyone…we will be back!

Wow, what an absolute treat to stay at Zavia Resort! Best holiday our family has ever had. Stunning location, breathtaking views, so close to so many wonderful restaurants and beaches... mind you, it's hard to actually leave the resort as the private beach and pool are all you need, right on your doorstep. Sakis was super helpful, friendly and there if we ever needed anything. The staff were all so beautiful and kind! Highly recommend Megali Ammos beach, just 20 minute walk away...3 fabulous restaurants to choose from there, we particularly loved dinner at Oliva...the food and views are stunning! Also, a special day trip to the village of Parga is highly recommended...only 30 mins from Zavia Resort. Parga Old Town is really special. We are already planning our next trip to Zavia, our new favourite holiday destination!!

It was a wonderful vacation. We are very grateful to the attentive administration. We were always in touch. We were informed about everything. The villa is just gorgeous. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. Everything was fine

I don’t even know how to put into words how satisfied we were with the whole experience with my family! We came to celebrate our mother’s birthday, and we already decided to come back next year.

First of all, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful in all our communication. He even called 20 wine shops to find a specific champagne brand we had wished for. He also gave us great restaurant recommendations in Syvota.

The villa felt like something out of a dream, and the staff at the resort were the kindest people I’ve met in Greece — so warm and welcoming. We had such lovely conversations with them, and it felt like they became our friends. Whenever we had any questions, they were always ready to help.

Overall, I’d give this place 100/10 and would warmly recommend this resort to anyone. I wish all the best to the wonderful people we met there. 💓

We loved staying at villa haris, the view was amazing and the location was perfect. We really appreciated the concierge service, Emily was great at providing recommendations and booking restaurants and activities for us. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to visit again.

We stayed at Villa Oikos main villa in Sivota for 4 days. The villa is modern and luxurious with an amazing ocean view from all angles.
The top floor has two bed rooms with a huge terrace. The lower section has another two bedrooms, kitchen, living area with a big balcony.
There is also a separate 2 bedroom apartment on the lower floor. We were not aware of this, but luckily nobody was staying there so that we had total privacy including the pool area with additional toilet, shower, laundry with washing machine, dryer and a kitchen sink and fridge.
We also had a private path down to the ocean to swim from the rocks. The path is very steep and not suitable for elderly
,as we travelled with our 80 year old mum.
The villa is a short walk to Sivota, but being up on the cliffs, it is a steep walk up and down. It was easy to find parking in town to visit shops and restaurants. Sakis, our host was lovely and very helpful. We had some trouble with the hot water and he very quickly organised a plumber to resolve.
Suggestions for improvement to an already fabulous place:
1. Bread toaster for the kitchen
2. Outdoor furniture for the front of the house in the large terrace area
3. Hand rail to walk down the stairs to the swimming pool

We had wonderful time and highly recommend Villa Oikos in Sivota

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Zavia resort. The villa was beautiful - the most amazing views from every angle and a lovely infinity pool. Interior spotlessly clean with stylish modern decor. Staff absolutely lovely, made us feel so at home and we so enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the home made cakes. Special shout out to What’s on Greece and particularly to Zakis who really went the extra mile to support us before and during our stay. He secured a private chef for our first night as we arrived late; and helped us with provisions throughout our stay as we didn’t hire a car. I would thoroughly recommend - can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing experience at Zavia Resort. Our villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view that we could enjoy all day long. The interior design was absolutely gorgeous and created a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere.

The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from.

We highly recommend Zavia Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings and excellent service. We will definitely be coming back!

Nous avons passé en famille un excellent séjour dans cette villa luxueuse avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer, les arbres sur le côté et les montagnes au loin. Il y a tout le confort que nous attendions, le calme, le bruit des oiseaux de la nature, de la mer le soir qui nous berce. Le logement dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour que tout soit agréable . L’accueil a été chaleureux, amical et bienveillant. La piscine avec débordement et cette vue est encore un plus à cette demeure. Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour passer un moment de tranquillité en famille ou en amoureux. Bref, la note de 5/5 est largement méritée, la barre est haute

We booked a villa at Syvota for one week in April 2025. Villa was in an excellent condition and was everything we expected. They provided an extra voucher for experiences as well which was really appreciated. Their support throughout the stay via Whatsapp was good as well. Would definately book again.
