Beautiful villa with good amenities and a homely feel. Amazing views across the bay to Sivota. Positives: very clean pool, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, comfy beds, adequate kitchen equipment, indoor/outdoor sound system, fresh herbs in the garden. Negatives: no wine cooler!

The property is nicely decorated, but our experience did not match the listing.

It is advertised as a 3-bedroom villa, but the third “bedroom” is in a basement/semi-basement area, with only a small high-level skylight and no normal bedroom window. It is also not fully enclosed, as it has openings that cannot be closed and communicates with the rest of the basement. This affected privacy, natural light, ventilation and comfort.

In some bedrooms, the bathroom/WC is not in a separate enclosed room, but effectively open-plan within the bedroom area and very close to the bed, without proper separation. We found this very uncomfortable from a privacy and comfort point of view.

There is also an internal staircase leading to the upper floor with no handrail, which we consider a serious safety concern.

The curtains in the bedrooms were very thin and did not provide proper blackout, so we were woken up very early as soon as the sun came up.

Finally, check-out is very early at 10:00, despite check-in being at 15:00. We politely asked for a small extension, but it was refused.

Overall, the listing should have been much clearer and more accurate, especially regarding the basement bedroom, the open-plan bathroom layout, the staircase without a handrail and the lack of blackout curtains.

They helped us find the location and offered all the needed support! Absolutely amazing team! Thank you, guys! You rock!

Villa Saphora is a wonderful place for a peaceful holiday, surrounded by breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters. The beauty of the place is even more impressive than in the photos, it truly exceeds expectations. The sunsets are magical.
The villa is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We would gladly come back again. ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Villa Kohyli on Meganisi. Absolutely stunning panoramic views with an infinity pool. The villa was brand new and modern and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The personal service from your own concierge from ‘What’s on Greece’ is amazing and very attentive. Would 100% recommend and we will be returning when we can.

WhatsOnGreece were always very responsive and quick with communication. They made a point of checking in on us daily and asking if we needed anything and were having a good time. Highly recommended

We had the most amazing time at Villa Phaena near Nydri. It was beyond our expectations and the view was incredible. It felt like you were on top of the world!! Christoff from WHATSONGREECE welcomed us and showed us around the villa recommending beaches, boat trips and restaurants. We were there for 12 days and we really appreciated that the villa was cleaned twice while we were there with clean sheets and towels. The outside area of the villa was fabulous, the outside kitchen and eating area being a really nice touch. This villa is not overlooked and is very private. We really didn't want to leave!!

Amazing villa, looked exactly like the photos. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Lefkada. There’s plenty to do, we hired a car and most places were 30 mins or less to drive. I really want to commend the service we received from the concierge team, (Evi & Emily) very quick responses always positive and happy to help. Had an issue with our pool on arrival and they were really quick to get a pool guy out to sort it within an hour. They also had a member of the concierge team come out to meet us with groceries (as the shops were closed due to a public holiday) on our first day which was super helpful pointing out the best beaches, restaurants and activities. When we return to Lefkada we will be certainly staying here again.

Our Concierge team, led by Emily in Lefkada, were very attentive & always available for our holiday enjoyment. Our Villa was of a high standard, and though we generally made our own arrangements, it was good to know the concierge team were available if needed.

A beautifully presented villa with stunning views over the coastal town of Vasiliki. The owners provided a great welcome pack in the fridge and the villa was immaculate when we arrived. There is off-road parking and the villa is very secure. The pool was perfect and very clean. Showers were excellent with hot water and good pressure. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. Cannot fault the villa, its location and the high standard of service provided by the managers.

We were contacted several weeks before the holiday by Emily from WhatsOnGreece who helped us to arrange a car as well as all the activities we wanted to arrange. Emily and her colleague Evi even made the effort to travel to Meganisi to introduce themselves and to make us feel welcome. They were both very organised and gave us lots of great advice for how to spend our time on the island as well as coordinating our boat trips, taxis, and car rental. The owners Ionna and Sortiris were also very generous and made a huge effort to make our stay as memorable as possible.

We stayed a Villa Unique and had the most wonderful time. The house was immaculate upon arrival and was everything that we hoped for - wonderful pool, comfortable rooms, beautiful view and was very well equipped. The team at What’s on Greece were very attentive throughout our stay helping us with all of our needs. We would absolutely stay again.

The villa was absolutely stunning with fabulous views from all rooms Lots of places to sit, eat and chill
We shopped for supplies at lidl near Nidri and also at local supermarket
Plenty of Tavernas to choose from in the harbour which was a 15 minute down hill walk ... quite steep track back up to villa but found the friendly people at "Vibe" in the harbour not only served great food drinks and cocktails but also offered a buggy service to get us back to villa , what a shame we found them on our last night
Overall highly recommend Villa Eptansia for a perfect place to stay and Lefkada for all its beautiful places to visit

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Basically acted as our personal concierge - always on hand when I messaged with questions about recommendations etc, and even organised us our call rental seamlessly! Evi and Emily were so wonderful - kind, friendly, professional and went above and beyond for us. Steven, the owner, even came to meet us when we arrived and showed us around. Felt like a warm family!
The location was absolutely incredible, truly a dream come true!

We had a wonderful summer holiday at the Zavia Resort. A stunning location and a great base to explore Syvota and the surrounding area. Sakis made some excellent recommendations on local restaurants and places to go, and Elena at Zavia was the perfect host and has a wonderful team who looked after us brilliantly. Highlights were the view, direct access to the sea, and after a quick swim there was a beach and restaurant / bar. We had a fantastic time in Syvota, lovely restaurants, shops and people - very easy to get to from the villa by 5 min taxi or foot. Definitely one to return to.
