Bought my 50cc neco borsalino bike…
Bought my 50cc neco borsalino bike 4 weeks ago realy happy with it lovely little bike . The only issue is a faulty fuel tank float i contacted them about it and the part was ordered and posted out to me asap . Got to say the service and the purcase of the bike all went smoothly very good to deal with friendly and great selection of bikes . Like i say made up with mine if your looking for a motorbike give them a look highly recommend them 👌

I’m a happy customer.
Whatever Wheels have a great showroom with a variety of motorcycles and scooters both ICE and Electric. They gave excellent customer service and comprehensive instructions to get me on the road. Their prices were competitive and they were very helpful getting me on the road within a few hours of my decision to make a purchase of a lovely new NIU NQI GTS. Thank you Whatever Wheels for a smooth transaction. I’m very happy.

Fantastic group of lads, very polite and very helpful, I bought a moped in 2020 was very impressed so 3 weeks ago I went bk and bought 3 bikes for myself and children, they allow you to go and look around the showroom with no pressure to buy and are very helpful when enquiring on specific bikes, from start to finish they were great, highly recommend Whatever Wheels for everything bike related

Very helpful in talking through the features and benefits of each ATV, along with legalities for road use, allowing an informed decision to be made. Salesman was highly knowledgable and prepared to go the extra mile to get the best deal available. 5 stars.
Living > 300 miles away, I was expecting a better after service, rather than a suggestion to WhatsApp. No use to me, as this wouldn't work particularly well, in the rural area where my ATV is stored. Consequently, I sent an email a couple of weeks ago with a few questions. Nobody has responded and I've now sought the answers to these questions elsewhere. 1 star
On balance 5 stars + 1 star / 2 = 3 stars

Upon handover, the driver runs through the operations on the vehicle as well as providing the user manual to provide more in depth technical instructions and we are only ever a phone call away.
We strive to achieve the highest customer service levels available and in doing so, we are able to offer a WhatsApp video call in real time which allows us to talk you through any operational questions you may have.
Following your review, we reviewed your email trail and confirmed that your email was replied to and recontacted you to ensure everything was resolved.
Staff was very useful

Great service let down by the delivery slightly
Ordered bike on the 24th of May and it was delivered on the 7th of June so turn around time was fast considering how many people are ordering bikes at this time of year and we had a bank holiday. Kept me updated well via phone and email. Delivery however wasn't the best as the driver was running extremely late and they didn't deliver the bike until nearly midnight. The bike is fantastic and was well priced so overall I give a 4/5.

Please accept our apologies for the late delivery, unfortunately delays throughout the road network are beyond our control but we strive to complete the delivery when we have arranged this. As im sure you understand, we delivery across the whole of the UK which does occassionally create logistical issues.
