This is how businesses should be run. Great customer service - knowledgeable, competitive prices and helpful -I can't fault anything. I bought online and the process was very smooth. I was kept well-informed throughout and the personal touch was second to none.

Upfront, honest and neat work.
Weybridge Audio took the time to discuss my options on a call and price matched a reputable online company before coming out for a site survey. The installation itself was neat and completed within half a day. I had two rock speakers and an amp installed.

1st Class professionals
The speed of the delivery and the packaging was amazing. Very competitive pricing. Absolutely genius packaging ensured that nothing was scratched or damaged. Very professional company.

Missed delivery but all good in the end!!
Delivery was scheduled but never arrived, rang Weybridge they actually rang me back and explained that for some reason the items had not been collected by the courier. We arranged another delivery date which was successfully delivered. Very helpful staff and would certainly purchase from them again

Highly recommend
Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Great to support an independent local business. James looked after me, gave great advice and after purchase support. No pressure to buy and we found a way to use some old hifi kit as I’d hoped. I definitely recommend.
