Since moving to Weybridge more than twenty years ago we have used Weybridge Audio. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and point out the cons as well as the pros! There are always less expensive options, but they are always available to assist with any problems. Also they offer an installation service with experienced technicians. Recently we purchased two televisions which are perfectly installed and the old ones taken away! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really happy with these guys. Matt was a absolute star. We have been doing a renovation on our house and I was sourcing new kit. I took my floorplans in to show Matt early on and we discussed everything from speaker locations to cabling to Sonos setup. He even talked me down form a 85" TV to a 77" which would have been a better fit for my media wall.

There was no hard sell, and the advice was excellent - no rushing and ensuring I bought at the right time to ensure the best price. Matt also ensured that his price was unbeatable, with confidence to match anyone else if needed (it wasn't needed). Upon confirmation of the order, goods were secured quickly and kept ready for me to pick up at a time that suited me.

All in all, a great experience with knowledgeable people. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend.

A positive in-store experience at Weybridge Audio with friendly and helpful staff and a well laid out store displaying the latest high-end TVs and Hi Fi. The item required was out of stock but it was ordered and supplied within a few days.

I bought an LG OLED TV in 2021 with a 5 year warranty. The warranty is with domestic & general, yesterday I had a issue with the TV not being able to connect to the Internet, which is very important with a smart TV. When I spoke to DOMESTIC& GENERAL about my problem , they told me, that there is a exemption within in the warranty, with regards to fixing any issues when connecting to the Internet..
When I spoke to your company this morning about my issue, the gentleman was not really any help whatsoever, he didn't even no that my issue wasn't covered within the warranty.. I expected better from your company that I have bought my last two TVS from
Basically the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. One thing for sure I will never buy another TV From your company... The second call to your company didn't go to well either, that's the reason why I will never buy another TV from your company..

Great service with detailed feedback and friendly approach

Weybridge Audio were excellent from the start. So professional and so knowledgeable on all products especially the televisions. We felt so comfortable and confident with their expertise and help and we are delighted with our new incredible 85inch TV!!!

My order of amp, speakers and accessories were processed and delivered in very good time. Everything was very well packaged. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent service.

The price was competitive, and delivery was bang on time, all as you would expect, but they rang and chased me up a few days later for the TV's serial number to make sure it was registered for the warranty. I really thought that was great attention to detail, and it made sure I didn't miss out on the warranty.

Really good customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff

I have been a customer for 15 years and the customer service is second to none. The studio staff are very professional and from my limited knowledge have successfully assisted me in planning my musical set-up throughout the house.
The technical team who deliver and install the equipment are equally profficient and personable. Overall a highly recommended team.
