So lovely and so helpful

From start to finish very easy process. The staff at reception were very kind and helped with any questions i had. The doctor listened patiently was thorough and they responded with a solution in good time and communicated the whole way. The treatment was the correct one and have had noticeable improvement since then.

She’s very professional and listened to what I was saying . She checked and investigated my area of pain , she did not rush . She gave me advice and prescribed me the medication. I am very happy with as my doctor .

Staff at reception is very kind, helpful and efficient. All doctors and nurse i was seen by so far are knowledgeable and empathetic.

Outstanding NHS service! I hope nothing will change. I am in private treatment where service failed to deliver even fracture of good one. West Green Surgery, keep running Service Excellence!

Thorough and efficient. Reception staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. The waiting room is clean and bright. It wasn't an appointment, I was submitting my BP data after monitoring at home for a week. The doctor spoke to me briefly at reception about my blood pressure readings, he was friendly and informative. Many thanks

I was a bit stressed after the visit. I went with what seemed to ma a reasonable request, but the doctor used the phrase “hospital hopping” probably about 10 times in the consultation. I left feeling confused and that I did something wrong, and although I do have a referral I requested, I now feel apprehensive about it and not quite sure what to do.
I think it would be more helpful if the dr listened a little more at the start of the visit, as for example she asked me mid-way for some facts I shared at the start of the consultation.

He was very thoughtful, he was very supportive! He was listening, he was very helpful! He gave me a lot of advice on how to take medication. Very good motivator and taught me how to make my sugar go down. There should be more people like him!

Really lovely and professional doctor who took time to explain things and reassure me and my daughter.

Dr Phillipa HAYES could not have been more helpful and reassuring about my young son. He had persistent diarrhoea and she knew so much about it, relieving my concerns with her knowledge whilst also taking a sample to test to be extra cautious. She was so friendly and did not rush us at all.

Appointment was okay and left me satisfied with the way it went but afterwards the DR somehow didn’t give my prescription to the pharmacy even tho I called in again to remind her. I don’t understand how an emergency patient can have his prescription not sent to pharmacy until the next day.

Delighted with dr Whitney LUON consultation.she was very pleasant and helpful.i was well informed for the treatment.

I rung this morning at 9.30 due to lll abdominal pain. I was given a 2 pm appmt. When I arrived at 2 pm told you were sent a text cancelling that appointment and making itc10 a.m. I looked at phone. Soon after making appmt they gad sent a text making it 10 a.m. and cancelling 2 pm. It was in v small writing.. I'm iover 70 and wd have needed my hlasses, but I just thought it was confirmation. I asked yo speak to Practice Manager. No the procedure is you must make an appmymt for 2 weeks from now. But that's ridiculous I said.. I need this dealt w now. Receptionist obstinate and obdurate and unhelpful.
I had also told her I font give out my date of birth. She was rude about that too. ..said there was no ther way to verify eho I was...(what no postcode, address or email address. ... as other NHS staff have fine?
I actually NEVER hive our Mt DOB in public.
This time I wrote it fiwn. The woman behind the desk was impassive and unhelpful. ...no empathy whatever. Also I'm deaf. No recognition of that despite frequently raising it with staff there.
I hadcsevere abdominal pain.. Next appmt available in 2 weeks... Will have to go to AnE..

Would not recommend!
Has a procedure in place that when an appointment is cancelled it is marked as "Did Not Attend" which falsifies data. Failed to communicate a life changing diagnosis and once a formal complaint has been raised they then "remove you" from their patient list - truly shocking practises.
Have been waiting for nearly 2 months to receive a document that won't send but they refuse to print it out as an alternative.
