After a motorcycle accident and suffering with neck and lower back pain and mobility problems. I was referred to see Abeer Kayani at Independent Physio.
Abeer has helped me tremendously not only during the sessions but with advice going forward. I highly recommend, and thank you again.

The treatment I received has been excellent in comparison to previous physio I have had. The physio was knowledgeable and friendly putting me at ease throughout my course of treatment. I now feel well on the way to recovery and know where to go if I ever need further help.

Always felt better after each session, Abeer was always easy to talk to, explaining what doing exercise at home would achieve. Speaking of exercise, found the app informative.

This experience by far exceeded my expectation. The physiotherapist was kind, caring and thoroughly expert in her field. The advice and treatment, including the exercise programme, she promoted has enabled me to make a full and speedy recovery and I so I can recommend this organisation with confidence.

I've been working with the team at Independant for several years now. Whenever I experience any kind of injury or strain at the gym, they get me back on track really quickly!!

Considering the circumstances that led me to need physio i feel a lot better than I probably should which I am so thankful for.
Physio was the best option at the time and its helped relieve an immense amount of pain and discomfort I acquired in an RTA.
I have some healing and recovering still but with a fantastic exercise plan I am sure it will be smooth going to good results and again thank you my physio was super professional, friendly and did just what she needed to get me moving again. Thank you so much. I rely opreciate the sessions.

The physio I received was excellent, and after 6 weeks my shoulder was so much better. Shivani my therapist was great.
