Easy to navigate to, clear visuals, well placed camera and decent audio all combined to ensure I felt part of my best friend’s dad’s funeral, which was poignant and peaceful.

We arranged to livestream a video of our dear Dad's celebration of life/funearal. We were NOT disappointed family in Australia,Canada & France plus in the UK, were able to join us. They were all full of praise re the quality & sound of the stream even though they were thousands of miles away. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience.

I was unable to attend or view my friend Christopher Dawkins (Dolly) service on Webcast yesterday, due to another appointment
I emailed Wesley media and they replied and made me aware that I could view the Webcast for 7 days.
I was also impressed by the smartness, dignity and respect the staff accorded my late friend.

Thank you Wesley Media for a brilliant photo tribute produced with a minimum of fuss and easy to use upload software. We were delighted with the results.

Just viewed my cousin's service in Brighton. It was nice to feel, thanks to the video link, that I was there.

This company is appalling. I arranged a webcast and a visual tribute for my mother's funeral. The webcast was ok, sound not brilliant, and the camera was not at the right angle to show the visual tribute! However, the major problem was with the visual tribute. I had uploaded all the photos and SPECIFICALLY told the funeral directors which track to play, chosen from Visual Media's library. Thankfully the funeral directors contacted me on the Friday before the funeral on the Monday to check the music. Wesley had added the WRONG track. I was then told I would have to pay another £95 on top of the original £80 to change the track because it was so near to the service! Bear in mind that it was not my fault that the wrong track had been added to the tribute in the first place.
At the funeral I was devastated to find that they still played the wrong track over the visual tribute! When you phone them they refuse to take any responsibility and say you have to take it up with the funeral directors and the crematorium. It is not their problem!! I could have made this tribute myself in half an hour together with the music and would have been sure that it would have been the beautiful experience it should have been, but sadly these people have the control over what they think you want and what you are paying for without actually checking. Shame on you, my mother deserved so much better than this uncaring shower delivered.

Living so far from family is not always happy. During a recent loss I could not physically be with family. Through Wesley Media I was able to attend the funeral and celebrate the life of my good friend. This meant so much

Wesley Media were recommended to us by Austin's funeral directors in Harpenden. The service was lovely and the music perfect in timing, sound quality, and volume. The music we chose to run with the visual tribute worked out perfectly. I don't think there was a dry eye. Wesley Media's instructions are simple and clear to follow, and it all worked out extremely well. We also had webcam for those not able to attend and this too was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Wesley Media for any event you have which requires technical excellence and timing.

This company was recommended to me by the funeral directors we approached following my mother’s passing. I wanted to add something special to the order of Service. I chose 25 photos with some music to accompany them. The direction to upload the photos to their website was straightforward and the company were quick to respond positively. The audience were really positive about the outcome. Thank you to Wesley Media for their services.

We uploaded a perfect .wmv file as part of the visual and audio tribute for my fathers funeral.
When played through their system the audio was distorted ruining the tribute at a sensitive time.
The company is incompetent and lacks empathy.
Do not use these !!!

Visual tribute provided for my Mum's funeral - very comforting - would highly recommend. It is also a chance for those present to see another side of the person they are celebrating.

I took a lot of trouble arranging with my funeral director my late wifes funeral at Margam crematorium in Port Talbot South Wales.
Wesley Media supply the equipment and the service for photos being shown on the screen + the songs etc and sound from the microphone for the eulogy etc.
the songs were the only part which was done correctly and to a good sound quality.
But the sound quality from the microphone that the celibrant spoke from for the eulogy etc was very poor quality at times quite garbled and muffled - not the fault of the celibrant her voice was good, clear and loud.
I had also ordered at extra cost a webcast video to be shown online for family and friends who were unable to attend - that proved even worse sound quality was even poorer.
but the worst point that all the mass of photos showing different stages of her life was not accessible on the webcast due to the position of the camera - the screens were not visible at all on the webcast - even though we saw them clearly in the crematorium itself.
in this day and age there is no excuse for such inferior facilities and service being provided by a so called specialist media company.

I made a complaint to both Wesley Media and the Crematorium about these issues.
The crematorium were quite helpful but said that they did not operate the system it was down to Wesley Media and other people had previously complained about the same issues and they would pass my complaint on to Wesley Media - but the Crematorium manager did offer me some compensation which I'm satisfied with.

However Wesley Media after the 3rd attempt trying to complaint to get some satisfaction I got to speak with someone but he basically didn't want to know and washed their hands of the problems.

I would definately tell others to avoid dealing with this firm who are only interested in taking your money and don't care about providing a good quality professional service.

I used wesley media webcast for a relative funeral that I was invited to attend online. I wasn’t able to attend the funeral in person this was the next best thing. I was very nervous to use it because I’ve never used web cast for a funeral before. It is very easy to use you are given a pin number if you go onto their website you tap the pin number in and they have the person name at the top of the page and the time of the funeral and how long until it start.The music and pictures they had on the screen before it start was beautiful and poignant.IWould definitely recommend Wesley media web cast to family and friends again

Together with my partner, I arranged my father’s funeral in February of this year. My father had friends and family scattered all over the UK and worldwide, and we knew many of them would not be able to attend in person, so we were very pleased to learn that Wesley Media could webcast the proceedings. My father lived to be over 100 years old and we had many photos from all stages of his life, which we knew people would want to see, so the Visual Tribute that Wesley said they could provide was planned to be a key part of the service - I spent most of 3 days searching out, digitising and processing images for uploading to the Wesley website for this purpose.

At the crematorium, the Visual Tribute looked very good on the pair of large, high-resolution screens in the hall. However, for those watching the webcast, the rendering of this part was entirely unsatisfactory. The webcast camera remained fixed on a wide view of the hall (where nothing was actually happening) which meant that the video displays occupied a tiny fraction of the field of view. Furthermore, the exposure setting was of course completely wrong for the images being displayed on the screens. I was informed by people watching the webcast that most of my painstakingly prepared images were more or less invisible as a result! The solution, of course, is that the webcast feed should be switched from the camera to the signal driving the screens for the duration of the Visual Tribute. I was told by the funeral director that Wesley didn’t have the technology to do this. I think this is unacceptable “in this day and age” and I don’t recall this limitation being mentioned on the Wesley Media website. It is possible to purchase (!) a copy of the Visual Tribute separately, but this is a very poor substitute for seeing it properly in the context of the service. And you may have to wait quite a while to receive it - my copy took 10 days.

I have concentrated on this single issue of the Visual Tribute because it was so important to us. Of course, if everyone can be present in person (or you are not interested in a Visual Tribute) then you won’t be affected by this limitation. I was impressed that Wesley Media could provide all the music tracks we requested, and in all our preferred versions.

I just wanted to say how very grateful I am for your help with the music for my Dad's funeral service at the crematorium.

I called you twice ahead of the service and I was absolutely blown away by both your sensitive and friendly engagement with me and your brilliant, technical expertise to find the music I was after, adjust it to fit the time we had and for making the whole process one of the smoothest and pleasant aspects of the whole funeral preparation.

You should be very proud of the service you provide to people like me who are at their most fragile and in need of clear, helpful, confident and capable support.

We said our final goodbyes to our dad yesterday. The team at Wesley Media were great. They helped us with a fantastic video tribute. Thanks to Mike and the team.

Shockingly bad company that’s simply hides from the public to avoid the fact that it’s service is dismal. They failed to broadcast my fathers funeral and tried to blain everyone else. Not even an apology! Shameless and disgraceful company with a captive market! They should be shut down!

Wesley Media were absolutely fantastic during a recent funeral for my mother. Sadly the photos were completely unacceptable with people cut out of pictures and blurred images. They made all the corrections and even changed the order to be more suitable. At a time of sadness where I could not get my focus they stepped in and made a very difficult part easy. Thank you, I appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

I waited for 25 minutes after the start watching the for the webcast of my friends funeral. It kept saying it hadn't started. I called the telephone number who said they had difficulties but would be sending out a recording.
This is the first time I have not been able to be part of an online funeral
Do not use Wesley for such an important and emotional event. They obviously are not professional at what they try to do
