I ordered the Demelza coat in navy and I cannot fault the coat. It is beautiful, they have gone to great detail and effort to create a well made coat, especially the lining inside the coat as well! I absolutely love it! However, I ordered my coat around the 24th of October. The website didn't say they were out of order so I assumed my coat would be with me in a weeks time. However, I received an email stating that the next stock will be available on the 11th of November. I was understanding and waited, then I was told it would be available the following week which it was not. I received my coat today on the 22nd of November. I understand this brand is popular and I cant really fault the staff who replied to my impatience emails. I was just a little disappointed with the website. So if you are going to order anything from Welligogs I would email them first to check if they defiantly have them in stock! However, I would order from them again because it was worth the wait - Thank you!

Just wanted to say I am still happy with your company , I am on my third pair of Sloane boots now and I have loved wearing every pair . I always tell my friends , get lots of comments.

I bought a pair of high grip wellingtons and within 4 weeks of receiving them a split appeared between the sole and the boot.

I contacted welligog and although polite they were not able to send me a replacement pair as 'they don't replace wellingtons' anymore. I did get a full refund but still no wellies i can actually wear so not that impressed.

I have been delighted with the quality and comfort of my leather welligogs boots.

Love these boots - so comfy and warm. I have them in black and mocha.

This is the third pair of Welligogs that I have purchased. This pair are for "best" Wouldn't be without these boots. Worn every day on the farm- hard wearing - non slip- waterproof and warm.

Love my boots, friendly company, good value although after a year the stitching on a crease came apart. As it is on the calf they are still waterproof and very comfortable.

A good quality product for the money, they look as if they should be a lot more money! with a strong looking rubber sole that should last a good while with average use. I understand from my husband(they were a pressie) that he could ware them all day as they were so comfortable. A good service and arrived in a great strong box which made a lovey present to wrap up. It was good that care instructions came with them also. Thank You Welligogs

I saved up to buy a new pair of wellygogs for ages. My last pair lasted a good 5 years but what I had not realised was what i had ordered was not he same as the old pair I had bought. My previous pair had had a flap/opening at the back for those of us with thick calves. The new pair did not have this and could not understand why when they arrived, and I wore them outside, they were really tight. Not really been able to wear them as they are too uncomfortable. Why change the design - was it to save money???

The boots are wonderful, warm and completely waterproof but were sent to the billing address rather than the delivery address, which was a nuisance.

I was really pleased with my purchase and the speed at which it was delivered, great range of products, I will be recommending you to friends!

I ordered a coat on March 18th.....I still have not had the coat. It is a rain mac, I would like to have it now and to have had it through wet April.....
I retuned to the website re the whereabouts of my coat, only to discover that it was not due until April 13......
I waited until the 15th of April, rang to enquire re the whereabouts of the coat, to be told that the coats were still not in stock....I was promised an email re progress, none was received. I rang, again on May 7th, still no coats in stock.....I have been told now that I will receive my money returned to the account and that when the coat eventually arrives in the country I will then receive an email with information re purchasing the coat....So complete dissatisfaction and disappointment....I am hopeful it will be resolved very soon.....I have not b,even able to check the money is returned to my account as I am away...an email with this or any information would be appreciated.

I have been looking for ages for a new waterproof coat/jacket. I wanted something different, then there it was, a colleague that calls into school was wearing the exact thing I was looking. Building up courage to ask where she got it from, did she mind if I purchased one as well,' No problem', she said.

I'm the sort of person who puts on my shoes/boots in the morning to do the school and I don't change them. These are perfect for all day every day. Sadly still wearing them deep into May as it's so cold!

I went to a caravan show and visited the Welligogs Stand. Tried on a sheepskin leather gillet. Fitted perfectly. However for whatever reason I did not buy. However I really loved this garment so a few weeks later bought it - £20 more expensive but did not mind. Really great fit, great product and excellent service

Whole service as you'd hope, leather boots superb

I ordered a pair of boots on-line. The postage is quite expensive but I decided that it was probably a small company with no access to economies of scale and therefore I would "suck it up". When the boots arrived one of them had not been machined properly so that the lining was very slightly shorter than the outer layer and therefore caused the outer layer to wrinkle. I left various messages on the answerphone but no one called back. Eventually I managed to call when someone answered the phone but the woman couldn't have been less interested. She just said it was how they were made which is not the case because the other boot was fine and this was not a feature on a pair of Welligogs owned by a friend. Rather than argue about it I sent the boots back (more expensive postage) and then had to call to make sure the boots had been received and the refund credited. In all I wouldn't bother dealing with this company again unless I could see the boots first. Not a happy experience for which I am out of pocket about £20.
