I recently transferred to this pharmacy…
I recently transferred to this pharmacy due to a previous one often not having my essential medication.
Everything the team do from this pharmacy is exceptional, from the delivery to the people on the counter and also the pharmacist they are so helpfu.
Absolutely nothing is too much trouble.

Very poor service changing to Boots
Very poor service. My surgery Abernathy send over a prescriptions to Wells who say they haven't got it. Surgery says they think prescriptions go into some sort of central system hence the delay. Then told I had collected a prescripton when I had not. Not told that if I did not collect my presciption of a certain drug within 30 days it would be restocked and then show as if I had collected it. Kept getting texts to collect my prescriptions but apparently if they move your prescription package from one shelf to another a further text is sent. Went to collect 3 items yesterday as I had 3 texts but they only had one item. Moving to Boots. They are pleasant but very slow and very disorganised.

Excellent and speedy service
I need particular brand of medication because of allergic reaction to ingredients in most brands. After usual on-line pharmacy let me down multiple times I approached Well. My drugs were sourced and delivered within a week. Will be moving all prescriptions over to them.

Never have an issue
Never have an issue and my scripts are delivered quickly.
They do send notifications to remember to order, but, they send them to frequently and you will be ordering more then you need.

Attempted to buy some .75g asiprin as i…
Attempted to buy some .75g asiprin as i have stents in my heart following a heart attack . They are on prescription for me and could have easily been looked up . But i was refused and told they couldnt sell me any . Luckily i managed to get some really easily from the chemist down the road ( wont name them as i'm not sure i'm allowed to ) . But a truly bizarre encounter . There was another issue with this chemist too , i wont go into as life is too short :-( . Even shorter if they wont let you have a box of aspirin ! This was Well pharmacy Affinity Talke - Staffs
