Well pharmacy is really great
Well pharmacy is really great, they send me all my medication to my home and it always arrives in good time. They send out reminders to order in time and just overall they provide an excellent service. Far better than queueing for ages in a local pharmacy.

Straightforward and easy to use…
Straightforward and easy to use website. I am kept informed of my prescription progress. Delivery is reasonable quick. I also get reminders of when a new prescription is due.

Great experience
I went to well pharmacy in skelmanthorpe, Huddersfield. I was really anxious about a health concern and hadn’t had much luck at the GP and was just desperate for some advice. The female pharmacist I spoke to was soooo lovely, kind, patient and understanding. I just want her to know that she helped me so much at a time of real heightened anxiety. I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name. Thankyou!

13 day wait for meds
13 days (16 if you count order day and 3 days for GP to approve) to recieve my meds. I was without them for over a week. Well or Royal Mail I don't know. That, plus a GDPR issue last year - find elsewhere.

Where’s the staff
From what I’ve seen on all of Well’s reviews they get great reviews from people, however I’ve got to say that the Well pharmacy attached to Cedars Medical center in Alsager does leave quite a bit to be desired. The pharmacist is amazing and always seems to be available. It just seems that every time I go in there, there’s no one behind the counter waiting to help you. The young girl that’s employed seems to be run off her feet and you have at least four or five people behind her who (I think) seem to be making up prescriptions. The thing is that if there’s (inevitably) a queue no one very often drops in to help out. It’s just an observation not a complaint because I know they’re busy but having queues regularly?? Mostly elderly?? Not sure!!

This simply shows the idiocy of Well Pharmacy as I stated in my review that I had emailed the CEO AS WELL AS Customer Service. They still have not acknowledged, or responded to my email (Which I will send daily until they act)

Very easy to order online.They do everything from there and within 7 days prescription arrives via the post.No queueing at pharmacies and finding things not ready.
